I'm currently conducting a therapy session with Programmer. And we're making progress!......If we were making any at all.....

Currently, he's crying hysterically (It sounds more like baying?) on the hospital bed in Room 1 because we don't have a counsellor's office on the main floor. I can't get Programmer to open up or calm down at all.

Secret Agent and Security are trying their hardest to console him but I think the sight of Intern might have been a major emotional trigger.

Completely unrelated to anything but this is probably the hospital after we're done with the 8 groups of hires, plus the new NPCs and potential new enemies:

Around shift 30-35, the lights will flicker violently before everything in hospital becomes pitch dark.

The shop will not open at the start of the shift. No patients/npcs will come to the hospital. Computers will display a "UNABLE TO LOAD" screen. Security cams are turned off. Printers and pc analysis machines also stop working. The camera at the check in however, still function normally. You can pick it up and snap a picture of anomalies to stun them for 20 seconds. The taser found in your office will now have 20 uses. And has a faster cooldown of 90 seconds.

Your character will have a small circle of light of 50 cm diameter in length for visibility. Anomalies and hostile monsters will spawn more frequently at an increased rate of 75% percent, being glow-in-the-dark for better viewing. Anomalies can hide in the patient rooms and jumpscare you.

In order to complete this shift, you have to manually turn on the lights in every room and reboot the machines. The lights are simple to handle. You just have to look up, tap and hold at each individual bulb for it to light up. In order to reboot the machines, you'll have to enter a random code consisting of 4 numbers that has a timer of 30 seconds.

Every 1-2 shifts, a virus hacks the digital system and it decreases the speed of the tech by 30%-40%. The computers and pc analysis machines' screens are now buggy and has static effects as a visual cue.

There are 3 things you need to do to delete the virus.

First, go on the computer in the office and disconnect the internet. A round of Memory Match featuring 9 cards will begin as a 1 minute timer counts down. The cards include icons based off of the existing classes.

Second, restart everything into Safe Mode. It'll be a simple tap and hold mechanic.

Lv.1: 10% speed boost to computer, pc analysis and printer

Lv.2: 15% speed boost to computer, pc analysis and printer. +10 sanity after deleting digital virus

Lv.3: 20% speed boost, +15 sanity and unlocks 'Polygonal Vision' upgrade

(Polygonal Vision upgrades lets you view your surroundings in 3D polygonal aesthetics in the Digital Blackout event. Players appear as simple shapes while anomalies appear as glitched out abnormalities. Cooldown of 350 seconds)
