If you're gonna have a sex cult with men in it then I don't think it's sufficient to just have women in leadership roles or to be permissive of homosexuality. You need to have enforced homosexuality. Those boys should be getting pressured into sucking and fucking each other and praised for doing it. It should be formalized. Made into a ritual. And everyone should get to watch when it happens.
I guess it's fine for women to be bi or even straight, but sadly there will be no men for them to fuck. All the men are gay.
