i would say go to uni. honestly it can change your perception on life so much even if you aren't using the time as you should be doing. i feel as if i was in the exact same position as you, i didn't know what i wanted to do or even if i wanted to go to uni, but your direction in life might become apparent to you only when you change your current situation, experience more (though uni etc.) just find a degree that suits ur interests and roll with it, you could always change it as well and its worth the money i feel (assuming that you have to pay), because even if u end up broke and struggling at least you can look back and say ‘oh well i had fun at uni’ cause it is fun, and you might end up broke and confused without uni. its also a good tool to have if u get ur degree i guess but i don't even mind if i don't cause it was worthwhile getting away from home lmao, i feel like I've deffo found myself a bit more while being away from home. hope that helps tho and u obtain some clarity about ur situation :) x
