when I was little I always stared at my ceiling in bed thinking about what I would do if I was given 3 wishes, I dealt with a lot of ptsd and trauma based anxiety as a child so this thought process helped me go to sleep, I would enter this fantasy world in my mind where I fixed all the things that needed fixing and I kept thinking of particular wishes that would fix more than one thing so as not to waste my wishes and I would be able to fix more things with my 2 leftover wishes… I thought like that as a child, and that makes me sad sometimes but equally it makes me proud because I taught myself to cope when I was just a small little human, if I could do it then, I can certainly do it now.
