i would much rather other people acknowledge that todd is experiencing a post-traumatic phase to understand his anger than to actually morph their own mindsets into the character’s, because???? that man needs to be in therapy somewhere, not going around spewing harmful words at people— aside from everyone that’s flat out lying to save their own asses— who have absolutely nothing against him. that’s not okay.

i kind of thought everyone was like… on the same page that these cops being “bad” at their job meant purposely avoiding ethics and morals to achieve their own agenda… and also lisa’s occasional inability to read the room in her personal life

feels like enough time has passed for me to admit the only lasting significance the wedding ep holds for me ~aside from the fact that carla connor officially has a wife and it’s lisa swain~ is that it finally (?) puts a reset on lisa and carla. i’ve convinced myself that not only are the actors deserving of a (sort of) break but the writers are in need of one to give themselves a moment to find some inspiration again bc the way this couple has been handled over the past several months… a choice

ohhh it’s gonna be so hard for me to forgive the way lisa swain has been discussed during all of this. and i have this strange feeling (i could be wrong!) half the things that have been said wouldn’t have been said if she were in the same predicament, but not in the particular relationship she’s currently in.
