Today is Different.
Today I felt something I havenāt felt in months;
cold air crawling up my sweater.
The foggy sky has been in a stand-still, in that beautiful moment where she's pregnant with rain, but for now itās just quiet, fresh, and cold.
And this morning I put on my beanie for the first time in over 6 months.
The season has changed.Ā The humid, hot, good-luck-trying-to-look-presentable-in-all-that-sweat summer has ended, and autumn has come.
Itās like I'm watching a TV show.Ā Season 1 just finished. Season 2 has begun.
There are new characters, new jokes, new situations, but it's all a part of the same overall Ā story. And I get this feeling in my gut that the season has actually already been written. And it's a good one. And the season finale is going to be epic.
As long as we all stick to our script.
Actually, as long as we stick to our characters and our roles. We get to co-create the script.
In season 1 I saw hell & I saw heaven. I saw bondage & I saw freedom. It had itās share of blood & glory. But that season is over now. Weāll never forget it, the good and the bad, but this is a new time.
Thatās the thing about God, He never stops moving. We are on our toes, and we will stay there, ears towards the Author, because whatās coming we canāt miss.
I want to see the season finale.
