Carter looked over at the girl, something was quite off about her, he squinted a bit at her, looking over her. āUm, itās okay. Iām not mad, itās my fault for leaving it unlocked.ā he said to her, she was feeling her way around. He walked around, āUm, here let me lead you to a seat.ā he said, kind of afraid sheād knock something over and hurt herself, she wasnāt even using a cane. He got near her, but he didnāt feel right kind of guiding herā¦.āUm, are you okay finding itā¦..I just.ā he rubbed the back of his head, as he reached over and locked the door. he wasnāt sure how to approach this situation.
She shook her head and swallowed, pushing his thoughts out of her head,Ā she didnāt want to peep, she hated the stream of thoughts that came throughĀ and she was honestly really trying not to hear his, but they slipped and she sighed.Ā āNo--no Iām okay.ā She defended her independence as she held a gentle hand on the shelf to her right, swallowing and using his thoughtsĀ his sight to map where she was in the store,Ā āIāll be okay--know this town insideĀ and out.ā She laughed, and her knee slammed into the corner of the counter,Ā and she hissed in pain.
