Start a liquid diet tomorrow 2 protein shakes a day nothing else but water.
In other news I was scheduled for weight loss surgery 02/16/21 but cancelled it, I just didn’t think it was the right path for me.
So now it’s back to trying to lose the weight on my own again. I have a plan for rapid weight loss which should let me fly out of certain number brackets.
Foods on the menu
80 oz of water daily
Breakfast:
Boiled eggs
Canadian bacon
Oatmeal
Fruit ( 🍎, 🍇, 🍌)
Yogurt (carbmaster)
Sugarless cereal (Cheerios, Kix, Wheaties, Rice Crispies etc.)
Protein shake
Lunch:
Protein shake
Rice cakes
Jello
Salad
Tuna
Noodles
Dinner:
Noodles
Chicken (boneless skinless)
Fish
Wrap (tuna, chicken)
Veggies (broccoli, corn, cauliflower, carrots, baked potato)
Veggie burger/substitute
Beans (black, pinto, green)
Protein shake
This is after the liquid diet which is a minimum of 1 week but up to three.
Seems solid
Ugh I did it again, I’ve created another Christmas food-baby™️. I ate until all I could do was lay on my side like a beached whale.
I never started that liquid diet. I’ll try again once the holiday food is gone, just in time for New Years

I’m doing a 48hr reset fast. I’m back on Rexulti and it’s wrecking my eating habits. I ate an entire lemon cream-cheese pound cake. I’m deff getting switched off of this soon, but not soon enough.
My weight is only increasing. I’m going to log my moods and appetite on here tomorrow so hopefully I can better understand the process and how it affects me. Anywho stay tuned

There are four stages to to readiness of change and they’re really simple
Stage one is when you make change because you are compelled by authority to do it. Nobody makes change then.
Stage two is to escape criticism.
Stage three is when you’re intellectually motivated. You know in your mind that you should do it.
And then there’s Stage four. When you are mentally and emotionally desperate to escape the circumstances. That’s when you are able to look yourself in the mirror and say “I am so sick to death of this crap that I won’t take this anymore from myself for another second, of another minute, of another hour, of another day.” That’s when you change and not before.

Monday I’ll be switching to OMAD, One Meal A Day. I’ll eat all my calories within an hour and a half. This seems like a good route for me atm.
The past week was a rollercoaster, Monday weighing in at 502, then Thursday at the psychiatrist office weighing in at 499. My week has been bombastic. I switched between several routines, eating poorly one day and fine the next. I have no idea what the scale will show Monday. Likely that I’m up tho, actual fat? Probably not but sadly my mind won’t rationalize once those numbers go up
Today was better
Today’s eating was less than stellar. I started things off with a apple, a friend chicken breast(it was rather small too) I ate some leftover potato salad, some chips.
Later I had 5 fried chicken wings w/ chipotle ranch, and followed it up with my disgusted yet patented triple decker Pb & j. 3918/3590. It was a bad day.
Met with my psychiatrist, the scale there said I was 499.8. I was baffled but didn’t let myself count it as my true number since Monday I weighed in at 502.0. I told her that I stopped taking my Rexulti because I felt it was increasing my appetite. We had a pretty tense back and forth, she did not think it was the Rexulti. But said we could try abilify but it might have the same effect. I declined. Offered to reduced the Rexulti, I declined. Offered to switch my fetzima to something else, I decline. It was a rollercoaster.
She finally convinced me on the reduced dosage and switch to taking it at night. I’m not particularly pleased with this but I’m willing to give it a go for the next two weeks. The issue is that once I stopped the Rexulti my depression increased 10 fold, and it obviously showed in that session.
It’s been a kinda rough week. Monday my calorie intake was 3360/3590. Terrible. Tuesday I fasted until around 3’o clock Wednesday just short of making my fast 48hours. Wednesday calorie intake was 1,860/3590. That’s the range I like to see. I’m going to get super serious about this, really stick to my plan. No bread, no fast food. This should be the last week I weigh over 500lbs.

This is why I hate everything.
I’m down 0.8lbs. Wtf is that!? I busted my butt last week and couldn’t even manage a full lb!? I hate it.
This morning a gobbled down 1,600 calories of sugar. If I eat nothing else. I’ll be fine, but I’m feeling so discouraged and self-destructive.
I dunno, maybe this is hopeless
