Made a proper ref sheet for my oc, Winter, a mysterious resin snowman with a love for the macabre. As the owner of Trinket Town's new candle shop, he spends his time experimenting and creating new scents!

He loves candles, Iris, and all sorts of bugs, especially centipedes.

Stop when you still feel good!

Exercise? Art? Hobby? Any physical activity? Stop when you still feel good!!!! Take a break, go recharge and eat. I've had this experience so many times where I'll go "Huh, when's the last time I ate?" while I'm doing some activity or other and I'll think I can still keep doing my activity but soon I'll start feeling alot, lot worse and when that hits it's gonna suck to go recharge and try to make myself something to eat. Many ND people have very delayed signals (or trouble reading their signals at all and being unable to tell when they feel hungry or fatigued) which is why you should estimate your break BEFORE you start feeling bad.

This has been super difficult for me to learn but with experience you can start estimating where your limits actually are bc with disability you will often be punished for excess activity alot worse later so you should not be generous with your spoons and time. We both know it Will hit you eventually, be that today or tomorrow. Do NOT loan your time. Do NOT borrow spoons from the future.
