This might be a reach, but in Obsession (2026), I first thought Nikki wasn’t taking care of her own physical needs when she was sitting at the restaurant at their date and she had a vein building from her forehead. That happens to me when I’m dehydrated. It could be how the actress looks or it could be from something else, but that was my first thought at least. I wasn’t surprised when she peed herself later as a result.

Horror movies have been exploring the “men controlling women they claim to ‘love’ but in doing so the women lose the aspects of themselves that the guy liked about them in the first place” lately and it’s been a lot of fun.
