Our concept for SACRED SPACES centers around any and all spaces of special significance for a community. These can be places that are traditionally considered SACRED, such formal religious institutions, but also places that people feel special about as a result of experience, memory, or other individual knowledge. These spaces are important because they generate constellations of human interest that can be mapped and articulated in order to recontextualize our experience of built and natural environments.
