My favorite episodes of The Clone Wars are the ones where Maul is getting fucking roasted by Ventress and Obi-wan

And then Ventress gets this in:
“I see my servant–still an animal. And who is this?”
“My brother”
“A brother! I see he’s HALF the man you are!”
Imagine finally being back because the dark side allowed your raging hateboner for the guy who cut you in half to keep you alive, only to get proverbially sliced in half again by said guy calling you a manlet with some Dathomir bitch throwing salt in the wound to top it off
The writing in the later seasons was masterful
