Congratulations, you've already won the day by gracing, and therefore humbling, THE UnKamen Soul, and you need to know you're awesome for doing that. This is how I start off all my streams on Twitch, and it sure feels right to say it here, too!
I'm into anime and tokusatsu (as proof, I'm using transformation devices from all of the Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and Metal Hero franchises), but as high as my love for them all is, one broad hobby is all-encompassing of my love above all else. The hobby I've partaken in ever since I was a very young Soul and desire to base my life and career around:
VIDEO GAMES.
In all the streaming I do, though, I worry I've lost some of my way. My various year-in-review pages for the current consoles between years 2022 and 2023 showed me something. It seems over the years I've forgotten how to game as much for me as I do for me and my community of Beautiful Souls. Consider this my intent--not attempt-- to get back to the more ravenous gamer within me.
For so many years, the massive majority of my gaming happened when I've been streaming. It was as few as 2 hours at a time, usually 4 hours, and as long as 12 hours. I MUST BE CLEAR: I REGRET NONE OF THE COUNTLESS HOURS I'VE SPENT STREAMING. I SIMPLY COULD HAVE BEEN GAMING ON THE DAYS THAT I DON'T STREAM, BECAUSE I DON'T STREAM EVERY SINGLE DAY AT THIS MOMENT. That said, something in me is just unwilling to go through a lot of gaming without taking the chance to share it with people. This limits me to arcade-style or shorter games that I've played before. That's way fine; I can get with multiple playthroughs of stellar games like Star Fox 64 and Streets of Rage 2, haha.
I'll take back time by making YouTube gaming videos with actual value and by also adding Let's Plays of my gaming. Let's Plays aren't great for me if I wanna grow and entertain more believers, but they are a--if not the--way for me to get more gaming in outside of streams. If nobody watches them, the fact of the matter is that I'm still playing these games like I want to. Not only that, I still have the mere chance to share them with you Beautiful Souls.
THIS... well, this is not even the tip of the iceberg of games I want to play and share. It's a mere snowflake that's on the tip of the tip of the iceberg's highest point on its tip. That's three tips, just to math it out. If you were to take the faintest passing glance at my backlog, some of you would absolutely collapse into a coma. Yes, it just keeps growing. That's no issue. The time to play these games and share them with you Beautiful Souls exists. All that needs doing is taking that time.
"Wait, UnKamen. It's cool that you wanna game more like you did before, but, uh, where does Tumblr fit in all this?"
I mean, I do gotta try new things! Twice in my life I've had articles published, I'm on the comeback of embracing the pure gamer within me, I've a growing interest in the fun of food, and I've come to more embrace horror than before! Actually, a best friend of mine of many years, a I have gone irreversibly insane at the mere sight of this monstrosity unknowable horror by the name of Nyarlathotep suggested making shop here! They've earned all kinds of deserved love, and they feel I could find some here, too. After all, backlogs and wanting to play a lot of video games are common like love and pain, right?
I'll muse, journal, share some stuff about the games I'm playing here, and introduce my self to the RPG and Action video game fans here in the Tumblrverse! If you're into those umbrellas of video games, we gonna be way cool, I can promise you that. Talk with me, ask me things, have me ask you things, tell me your dreams/goals, gush about your loves, all that stuff! We gotta build each other up, we gotta be loud and proud about what we love, and we gotta reach for our pie-in-the-sky dreams! Or cake. I'm more of a cake guy.

The Quest Mode is, to me, the main attraction of the game, and it can feel inspired by all of Zelda, Pokemon, and Neutopia in various ways! I LIKE these adventures.
