Wow!! It's been a while :)

Decided to post some doodles I did not too long ago here, considering it's been a few months, will likely upload more once summer comes around... had to take a few art posts down to fit exam regulations but maybe I'll end up doing some poems in my free time 😞🙏

Sacred pools of crimson faith,

a soul that which his heart prevails,

the burning passion, life devotion,

our folks, they'll think of him tonight.

See flags raised or see them hidden,

no shame in their prideful gleam,

silken cloaks and pristine cloth,

we show our thanks to nature's stream.

Those embers which dowsed in his face,

that hair which shed along the floor,

you'll envy fire, carry hunger,

Your Mosaics to Shatter.

Do you think the noose

they found was planned?

A prop for the pantomime,

upcoming and vibrant,

the children provoked and now silent -

as they watch, silently, the blue tips of

the limp fingers before them.

But it's normalised, their guardians say,

those webs and sites for younger minds,

they open their floodgates with open arms

to the gore exposed to the eyes of our babies.

It fails to evoke tears, their lack of words

they show a lack of emotion

surely, not a lack of understanding?

Even when their precious mosaics shatter

from the pressure of overexposure

this mature content should be their influence

to their bright and bold colours of life and youth

there's no chance it'll drain them

or pain them

not a single possibility of taking them

and even if they did

it was your mosaics to shatter.

Keeper of the gleaming smiles,

Place your trust within mine eyes,

Steed of steel, mane of ore,

Prodding through the petrichor.

Heed the calls of what you guard,

Be the hill or be the charge,

Disaster strikes and havoc wreaks,

Taming order in the streets,

No complaint and no reluctance,

Do not heed the rage or fluctuance,

Eyes of saviours, keep your name,

Carry burdens, shoulder shame.

Feel the weight of pure emotion,

Do not follow sweetened lies,

Golden wisdom, sheltered hope,

Nurse the swallow, feed the flies,

Equal treatment, no refrain,

You shan't become the nation's blame.

Finally back with some silly drawings and references!! Hopefully showing some signs of improvement :)

The Governor rests within a Tower, one that looms over village folk from the hills above, one so isolated that instead of blending in - it sticks out - outcasted be it, and rather uncomfortable.

This Tower is carried within a tarot card when not in use, and when the conditions of the environment line up with the symbolism, it can be summoned in the area.

The Governor aims to balance the laws of nature, ensuring his people remain intact, and fate does not stray too far from his expectations.

These conditions can either meet the upright or reversed tower, depending solely on what requires to be changed.

This Dukedom derives from a separate realm, however it will not be covered on unless it expands or is spoken of through the Governor's background for confidentiality purposes.

Due to travelling, it is not necessary anyways, as the Governor and his Delegate are not often in their home realm or Dukedom.

This is achieved especially due to portals. These can be found across terrain, as once they are walked through, you can access the other side freely.

Sometimes, non-quaesitus (magic-less beings) find their way through said portals, which creates an outcry amongst populations.

However, there must always be disadvantages to the benefits of a quaesitus (magic users) - considering non magic users bear the burden of vulnerability yes?

The Governor experiences side-effects of back pain and severe fatigue, making him a prime example in this case.

The Tower Tarot is not weightless, and therefore drags him down when stored, significantly decreasing his speed and draining his stamina.

But how did he end up obtaining such a valuable item?
