#swamped

It’s just another day

The shame is gone

Hard to believe

Technically I read Romeo and Juliet I guess

But that was cause it was due today

Along with a load of other stuff

I haven't had study hall in two days because of some other testing thing messing up the schedule and I was busy yesterday & today so I've just had no time. Yesterday was more leisure, an author talked after school then I made soap at the library then I had rehearsal until 8:30. But I thought I would have study hall the next day and I didn't!!!! And I had a club meeting then crew for community service hrs that I need and then the concert. Maybe if I started earlier after I got home I could've gotten it all done but that's not the point. It's not like there's no late credit (I'm pretty sure). But my heart and head were pounding I just want to sleep it's so late that's why I stopped in the first place. I mean I got some stuff done.

Wow!! It's been a while :)

Decided to post some doodles I did not too long ago here, considering it's been a few months, will likely upload more once summer comes around... had to take a few art posts down to fit exam regulations but maybe I'll end up doing some poems in my free time 😞🙏

God, it seems that the price of vacation always seems to be being swamped with work when I get back. It was great to be away. It was great to spend time with my dad and to see some others in the family. And it’s great to be home (and to sleep in my own bed). And it’s great to be back to work, doing some of the creative stuff I love to do. And I look at the clock and realize how late it is, because I’ve been trying to drain the swampiness of the work pile. I need to stop and go do bed.
