I wanna help heal everyone that I can. so here’s my number 1 tip to healing: love yourself and I mean for real, fall in love with yourself. do for yourself what you would want someone else to do to you and you will attract that same love bc the way you see yourself is how everyone else sees you. You set the tone for the people around you.Take yourself on dates, buy yourself flowers, spoil your sweet ass bc you deserve it baby. You deserve good people in your life, good love, good living. You deserve the world, you just gotta see it in yourself first. So u can start off by faking it till you make it but also try to mean it bc you will start to believe it. catch self critiquing and stop it. say you would like to improve whatever it is and then say something that you do love about yourself. the more you shine true authentic light, self love, self empower, the more you will attract what you want. true happiness is just a change of perspective away. I’m a true testiment to that.
