Unicron are born old, mind you, but such only makes him all the older. He has done his duty and his part, consumed and remade and consumed again, but now his time is done. 

    He has a choice. Continue to devour and defy the Balance, or give in and die peacefully.

There’s a larder of meat? Fresh even? This is enough to peak his interest and he nods quickly. He doesn’t know who an Optimus is but he can assume that it’s some bot with a good deal of metal on him if one would make a bot like this happy and well fed. What would it taste like, he wonders? He probably won’t be able to take in much of the metal himself now, he rarely does with even the non sentient flesh, but the energon… it would be such a rush.

“Still alive when we bite into them?” There’s a flicker of want in his optics and he steps closer to Unicron, all wonder and desire wrapped up in his tiny frame.

     ( Of course. They’d spoil otherwise. )

He bows, polite, as a wing jerks up and... rips through something. A hole opens, spreading like the tear in a pair of pants, splitting the background and exposing another layer. Within is a bit dark, lit by violet shards, but it looks safe enough.

    He holds the doorway between realities open, a hand shifting to imply his new friend should step in. 

   ( ... hm. The multiverse just expanded by a large degree. )
