WILD!

spring break was not real bc of border trip, summer was less than one week bc of law review write-on ... i will relax for a couple weeks in august maybe ...

how can i do class and work when poisson just wants to be kitty on my lap ;---;

i unfortunately kinda bombed my immigration law final (really poor time management on my part; wrote barely anything in the 2.5 hours we had to do the test, and it's the only grade for the class, so i have been catching myself since thinking things like "what if grades aren't released yet because i did so poorly it was record breaking for the university and they're deciding what to do with me"

we received 2 packages addressed to dan that we have no idea who ordered them or who they came from (one was 2 badminton rackets, the other was a "costume for girls" age 3-6), so dan's been texting people he knows to see if anyone sent them to us by accident (or on purpose). 2 minutes after he texted his brother & sister in law, his niece (10 y/o) texted him, "You should give us those things you got for free on your porch"

law review application was due 11:59. I sent the email at 11:59 but it didn't actually send until 12:00. I'm going to be freaking out about this for the next two days

people on the dragon site are being SO MEAN about the one guy who runs the whole website for no money not updating release mechanisms on its birthday to be personally easier for them. i keep wanting to say something but one time i said something on this site and someone told me "you are as helpful as a hobo in a hospital" so! I bite my tongue. and i wonder if i need to be more open minded about not being annoyed by people who are annoyed by the thing i like. but why be mean about it!!!

went through my old baby book from my mom with Dan and she had filled out some milestones including apparently at 7 months i was drinking from a glass ... mom wrote "[pronoun] is drinking from a glass and [pronoun] loves soda!" (soda = coke ! which i unfortunately can't really go without drinking nowadays) Dan said "you didn't stand a chance" [tears streaming down face emoji but smiling]

alskjdfkjl i feel SO SILLY i just finished taking a 5-hr timed take home exam, and i took the full 5 hours, and i felt really good about taking my time and answering everything fully to get the maximum points possible and after turning it in i realized i missed the bonus question which would have gotten me two points, which is literally just answering how long it took me to take the damn thing. and ofc you are only allowed one submission. A FOOL. why am i a FOOL

sooooo close to submitting my final paper (sentencing memo) due at midnight (in 1 h 22 min) but i sooooo don't want to i simply don't want to :(
