Her eyes widened, the lizard pointing her giant axe towards the spider in realization. “Wait, how do you know Joker?”

Ah! There was the thought, it had returned! Her smile turned into a smirk as she raised a hand, her finger tip touching the axe in attempt to move it slightly, meanwhile a growl rumbled through the darkness; seemed her pet was awake.

“So you’re the one he’s been daydreaming about these last few months? That makes sense. And this must be the underground you came from.”

She’d always seen Joker head into different timelines and come back sooner or later, she’d never thought that it was possible for her to do the same. 

“No, see that’s the thing!” she said, rubbing her eyes tiredly. “The Muffet I know works in Snowdin. Joker buys his muffins from her all the time.” she mumbled, shaking her head.

“Yeah, Alphys. Leader of the Royal Guard.You know what that is, right?” she asked, raising a brow.

Her eyes narrowed “Joker, get his muffins from me, for free.” She stated, almost as if she was in a competition for her boyfriend… It then hit her, how naturally she had said that in response without even thinking about it. “Oh my goodness.” She slapped her hand against the table.

Good job, Alphys. Already blew your cover.

She chuckled nervously, waving a dismissive hand. “What? No, i’m fine. Ijust….I swear you had a shop in Snowdin…” she said, looking around and trying to figure out just where the hell she was.

“The whole Underground looks different, it’s so weird.” she said, turning her attention back to the spider. “I should uh…sorry to bother you.” she chuckled, turning and starting to leave.

The spider froze at those words, hands moving to hug herself and rub her arms. “I can’t go to Snowdin often.” Even thought the girl now lived there half the time, the idea still made her frown. Really, she liked living with her datemate, and she loved when he stayed over her place, but… having a shop there too? That’d be hard… “Working there would kill me. Don’t you know spiders freeze?” Maybe her tone was a bit harsh, but the monster was asking odd questions.

She’d simply been on patrol heading through town before she saw the large draconic-lady. At first it didn’t register, but her eyes widened once she realized that it was an actual person. “Holy hell, you’re so big!” she said, looking up at her.

Why do you fucking care?!“ He snapped looking to alphys angrily where the hell did you come from? You look like ya just been in a fucking battle.” He says looking to her in disbelief

She landed on the ground outside with a thud, the heroine growling as she hopped up and looked around. Everything looked the same, but felt so…different. There were monsters she’d never seen, and the locations even had subtle changes. Even Grillby’s shop was gone, now replaced by a Parlor. She had to know what was up.

She walked in, looking around with shifty eyes before spotting the supposed owner. Muffet? Wasn’t she supposed to be in Snowdin? This was trippy…

“Uh…um…hello there.” she said, trying to blend in as much as she could. “I was wondering how long you’ve had this shop?” she asked, wanting to confirm her suspicion.

The girl had been just relaxing for now, not too many ever stopped by for food around this time, so at least she could relax. So, of course Muffet had been on her phone, scrolling the undernet with a small frown. Gosh sometimes this place was so boring.. Or maybe she was just boring?

Her attention turned to a voice, giving a small smile before squinting. “Alphys?” She questioned before her eyes grew wide “Oh my goodness deary are you alright?” Since when did Alphy have a scar?
