I got bored, and my two oc’s having been living in my head rent free soooooo
I did some expressions on them using the 100 faces meme as reference. Or tried to draw the expressions on my girls as close as possible to the original drawings.
Some of these expressions are kinda out of character for both of them. I think it’s fun to draw them differently than how they typically are though lol. Once I get their anthro designs done, I’ll do expressions on those too. Anyway, enough rambling-
I did Tsubasa first, since I wanted to do more with her. Seeing this now, I realized she’s missing some elements to her design, but they’re minor.
For Tsubasa, I ended doing C5, J6, E4, an.. attempt at B8, and A2.
These choices were randomized, which resulted in interesting results. I imagine Tsubasa as very carefree, and almost undauntable. Here, however, she’s drawn with more serious expressions, and less happy ones.
Kumo got to have six expressions, since she’s smaller and more easier to draw than Tsubasa. She ended up getting H5, E4, G6, F2, B2 (even tho she looks more angry here, than upset.), and H4.
Kumo is serious, and very no-nonsense half the time. She’s got a heart of gold, though, and has her moments. The screaming one is my favorite one tho. That, or “Mother found the Yuri.” (Kumo’s mother is a douchebag, but we don’t talk about her.)
These were fun, and challenging to do, and I’m considering doing more of these with other oc’s once I get them designed.
