Stage Play 「Kuroko no Basuke」OVER-DRIVE Cast Comment Ota Motohiro

Q: Your feelings when you were cast for this role? A: That’s right, I’ll be participating in Kuroko no Basuke. Of course I know about this production, I heard that it’s a very popular production and I was extremely happy. Specifically, there are a few people in this cast that I know so I can’t help but look forward to having a fun rehearsal with them.

Q: About your character? A: I’ll be playing the character “Hanamiya Makoto” and I researched a lot about him. He’s quite the devil, he’s quite an evil character. As an actor so far, I have not played a character with such strong evil intent… how do I say this… well, a bad character. I don’t really have such an opportunity so I will do my best to act it out accordingly (?). I’ll do my best!
