I am finally at a weight that I am proud of and I hope all of you guys are reaching your goal if you have one! The diet that I went on was just a vegan one and not only did it make me feel and look great but it also also helping the Earth, along with many animals! If you are trying to lose weight and you feel that is hard, I suggest trying pescatarian (just cut out dark meats like steak and beef), vegetarian (just no meat), plant-based (no meat, nothing that comes from animals, but you can have honey), or vegan (no meat and nothing that comes from animals. I hope this helps some people because it did help me, so maybe give it a try and see what it's like!

I am genuinely curious why our parents tell us that violence is never the answer but use violence against us. I know that when I have my own children, I will never use violence against them, I will treat them like a living thing and talk to them in a respectful manner.
