aubrey is angry for a concrete, justifiable reason. kel is also angry for a concrete, justifiable reason. skewing this dynamic to make aubrey harsher than she was in the game gives the impression that she is going “too far” despite having a very, very good reason for her behavior even if some of that behavior is obviously not okay. all it does is make her seem hysterical and unreasonable when kel is the one pushing her and berating her and rubbing mari’s death in her face and topping it all off with an extremely insincere apology. it boils down their dynamic from “tragic series of misunderstandings” to “kel wants to save the day but aubrey is getting in the way”. and i HATE it.
