đ´I have the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with.
đ´I will never accept commissions that are inappropriate and harmful (Homophobic, transphobic, racist, pedophilic, etc.)
đ´Payment must be made in full before starting a commission.
đ´Refund will be given if I cannot complete the commission due to health or emergencies.
đ´Refund will be allowed if commission process has not been started yet.
đ´Payments are done either with PayPal Invoice or Ko-Fi. (Vgen still work in progress.)
đ´Do not edit, sell (If you do not have a commercial license), or use generative ai on the work. If found doing so, legal action may be taken.
đ´Commission is for personal use only (ie using as your accountâs avatar/icon). You must pay a commercial license if not as personal use. (Ie: Commission is used for a bookâs cover art)
đ´If purchasing a commercial license, price will be determined together depending on what the license is for.
đ´I will post the commissioned piece with a tag of the commissioner, if you do not wish to have the tag let me know.
đ´Must keep contact to ensure the commission is going the way you would like. I will not be able to continue the commission until some form of contact is made to continue further in commission process.
đ´Process I send WIPs for majority of commissions is as follows: Sketch > Line Art > Color > Effects. For sketch commissions it is as follows: Rough Sketch > Clean Up Sketch > Final. At each stage, contact is required for approval before moving to next stage.
đ´Window Frame: Commissions can range anywhere from 2 days to a week depending on complexity of commission and communication from commissioner.
