my first attempt at a color lookup table didn't go well.. but at least it looks cool

i'm going ape making the graphics for this game. i'm going ultra instinct. you might even say that i'm going ghost

i'm happy with how these graphics are turning out! godot is awesome. just added the water shader (still needs some work in ortho view)

dropped in a cool water effect from github (marcelb/GodotSSRWater) but it looked a bit weird before i tweaked the params

found a cool trick with Godot shaders. if you convert a turbulence effect to shader material, you get access to some nice glsl 4D noise functions (here i'm testing an explosion effect i made with it, along with SSIL and SSR)

new bg effect for the BIGBOMB online high score chart. uses a GLSL shader with simplex noise

been working hard on my high score site! it's effectively a mini social network. you can customize your page, and you can use the integrated Discord threads to comment on each other's BIGBOMB scores
