Your fandom is bad and you should feel bad.

i'm the only one in my group who likes pepper potts and we went to watch iron man 3 and when tony did a thing (not saying bc spoilers) they started blaming pepper and saying to me 'how can you like her she's a bitch she ruined iron man', and one girl ""accidentally"" punched me in the stomach bc of 'tony feels'?? & then they all started making fun of me bc 'i'm a pepper fan' & asking 'ew ugh why do you like her??' and i felt scared about justifying my opinion ugggh this fandom can be so douchey

one thing that I really dislike about the avengers fandom is the fact they seem to completely forget that girls exist. like, when people ship tony and steve, they just completely ignore the fact that pepper exists for the sake of their hot dude butt sex parties. which is sad, because pepper is a good character beyond just being tony's girlfriend. and they also don't really mention natasha or maria, it's always just "dudes dudes dudes!!!! hot guy on guy buttsex XDDDDDD!!!!!!" can u not

I get shipping fictional characters, fine, they’re fictional, you can call it an alternate universe art or fic or whatever makes you happy, but seriously, shipping REAL PEOPLE AND ACTORS with anything I find creepy and pretty disrespectful
