Any business owner that cant supply a living wage to their employees is a failed business owner.

It’s good he had the capital to do that, in the mean time most small businesses have just had their ass kicked by being forced to stay closed but keep paying rent/upkeep/etc for the past 18 months.  The only ones in my area that are doing ok are the one’s who’s original owners bought the building back in the day.

The only businesses that thrived from the shut down were big businesses.  You’re going to have to do more then “they should get assistance” when you could go to a Home Depot but the mom/pop hardware store was forced to close down.
