Ty: i'm sorry you have to. wish i could protect you instead

Ty: you don't need to apologize

micah: yeah well just making sure. since you were such a baby the other day :p

micah: well that's true. i just meant when we get a new place. lol.

Ty: excuuuuse me, I was not being a baby

Ivy: aw no fun

Ivy: i don't like full moons

Ivy: nova can't have your hide, it belongs to me!

Ty: they're not my favorite nights either

Ty: uh huh, that it does

Micah: be safe tonight, yeah? you're supposed to be my roommate :p

Ty: I'll be fine, i always am

Ivy: ooh enough time for a quickie!

Ivy: work, but I'm overdue for a break

Ty: quickies don't exist on full moon nights

Ty: oooo, perfect, i'm by there

Ty: ugh well just help me wash it off later so I don't have to smell it

Ty: alright, see you soon?

Ivy: are you asking me to shower with you?

Ivy: you can borrow my vanilla-macadamia nut body scrub if you want.

Ivy: yep, almost there!

Ty: mhhhm i am

Ty: ugh anything smells better than leech

Ty: a little better

Ty: but the hurt is still there!

micah: i'm so rolling my eyes at you.

micah: don't make me tackle yout

Ty: you can make it up to me by picking up dinner

Ivy: well my nose isn't really that good

Ivy: so i'm sure i won't even notice it xD

Ivy: k, i'm in a lyft now

Ty: ugh well just help me wash it off later so I don't have to smell it

Ty: that's for damn sure

micah: well you are ridiculous but in your own way.

micah: better?

Ty: a little better

micah: you are about as ridiculous and dramatic as des right now. i hope you know that :p

micah: oh don't be a baby and take my teasing like a man :p

Ty: i will

micah looked a little guilty for making him end his call early. “you didn’t have to hang up, you know,” she told him, kicking her shoes off and tossing her bag on the couch. she sighed. “everything is fine. i’m just…tired. and ever since the bad month, my boss gives me this look when he can tell i’m too tired.”

“No, it’s fine, I was trying to get him off the phone anyway.” Ty glanced over at the discarded phone, wishing it just didn’t exist. He dropped down on to the couch, letting out a sigh. “Ever tried not being so tired at work? You know? Taking a day off before you get sent home?”

micah: yeah. i guess it is :p
