thank you everyone for the nice words; and sorry for the way i phrased this post, it sounds kind of incendiary. i apologize for that. in the past few weeks alone, i’ve been privy to a lot of new information and events in my life that have made it so i essentially need to force myself to focus exclusively on intensive trauma therapy and work. that’s my intention behind the phrasing. even in that case, if i return to it, the website will need a lot of work. regardless… i’m going to start this process beginning monday, meaning i’ll be on extended leave. if things don’t improve within the week, i’ll be looking into extended outpatient, or if that doesn’t pan out; inpatient. this is a last resort option, though. if things work out better that way, i’m just going to stay offline if it’s a possibility to me.
