Lachcha Tokri: Presenting a food I tried in Shimla. So you can actually eat the tokri that is that yellow bowl which is made up potato base and it was filled with some boiled sprouts and potatoes and beet, decorated with beet slices and pomegranate seeds and puris at the end. As well as those green, orange chutneys and curd. It made a delicious combo! Must try if you visit maal road. #whpcolorfulcooking (at Maal Road, Shimla)
