I like the idea of a streamer who has been playing a game for hours and their bladder has steadily filled in that time. They don't want to pause their game, maybe they can't. Luckily, with the way the camera is set up you can't see their lower half at all. So maybe they tentatively reach a hand below their desk to grab their crotch when their need spikes. Maybe they cross their legs or bounce them. Anything to hold it a little longer, they can relieve themself when they are done... But their bladder is so stiff and they can feel the piss pounding against their hole. They have to stifle a gasp when a sudden leak wets their underwear. They know nobody can see it, but their face still reddens in embarrassment. The the urgency in their bladder only becomes more intense as the wet spot rubs against them. They try their best to sound natural while speaking to their chat, even as another leak dribbles out mid-sentence. They suddenly realize that even if they stood up and rushed to the bathroom now that they wouldn't make it. So with hesitation, they slowly relax their aching muscles. Warm piss begins to gush out of them. Quickly soaking through their bottoms and splattering off their seat to make a puddle on the floor. They know nobody can see them, but it's louder than they thought it would be. Their stream of piss is hissing so loudly they try in vain to slow it down, but it only results in heavy spurts that are just as loud. They can't do anything to stop it anymore.
