“society teaches women that’s it’s perfectly ok to only like pussy” is a totally bonkers statement that no matter what point in history you’re saying it in.  anyone, no matter what their political leaning, will probably recognize as false.  but when someone says “cis lesbians have been strongly socialized to only like pussy and this needs to be unlearned”  there’s a layer of obfuscating language there and because of that, people are duped into thinking ‘huh, i guess that’s true!’ even though the two statements point towards two entirely contradictory versions of society.  there’s a time and a place for talking abt trans issues, but if your language is being used to create scenarios that - if reconstructed using non-academic language - become untrue, or if it’s being used to demonize other marginalized people who aren’t actually diminishing your quality of life, then you’re not actually looking for social justice - you’re just using it’s language for your own selfish purposes.
