With all his connections and money, Inho manages to fix Gihun's body up and put him in a beautiful glass coffin that has a whole bunch of tech to keep Gihun fresh and delay decomposition.
Inho sleeps in the same room as Gihun, and he always talks to him, kisses the coffin and acts as if Gihun is just sleeping and one day, he'll wake up and they'll all live happily ever after, which of course, won't happen but the man is delusional.
He even has someone marry them and has the paperwork all done. Maybe even dresses Gihun in a wedding dress and takes pictures of them together before putting him back in the coffin.
