Mysteries Unsolved // [open]
The shriek of a pokemon unknown to him woke Sir Aaron in a small state of panic before looking around and seeing Lucario and Pidgeot nestled a few feet away in the tree house. â We have to find out where we are,â he whispered to himself.
Deciding his faithful friends needed their rest he went out into the forest to try and find any clue as to where he had wound up and why he couldnât seem to remember anything after he left the palace.Â
Having walked for almost an hour Aaron found himself along the shores of a beach. Never before had he seen the beauty of water so clear as he could see the tentacruel and remoraids swimming around. But as he gazed upon the lake he was met with the despair as the thought dawned on him that there was no end to the lake in sight. âAll lakes lead to somewhere, iâll have to get Pidgeot to fly me over it when i get backâ he said to no one in particular.
Aaron, proud of his discovery of the lake, went back on his way to the tree house but along the way realized that he had not come in contact nor seen traces of any other people since he had been there. He pondered if he was truly alone here with his team or if others were here and if so did they know how he had gotten there?
But before he could plan out anything else he caught the feeling of a strong aura, not that of a pokemon but that of another trainer. âIt appears im not alone here after allâ. He might finally figure out what happened to him and his group to bring them here.
God dammit.
People had told Keith before that his restlessness was going to kill him someday, and only now did he believe them. Ever since waking up in the bizarre forest, it had been practically impossible for him to sit still except to sleep -- and he didnât even bother doing that sometimes. He was always wandering, looking in vain for a way out; it wasnât like there was much else to do anyway, besides talk to the others. No matter who he spoke to, though, it seemed like no one knew where they were, or how they had gotten there.Â
He had spent the day at the lake again, but he still hadnât seen anything noteworthy there besides how truly big it was. Its length was immeasurable, and despite the clarity of the water he found it impossible to see just how deep it was. Heâd once tried using his Buizelâs Surf to get out on the water and then swim to the bottom, but with them both being obviously mammalian neither could hold their breath long enough to reach it. He then decided to worry about the lakeâs hidden depths another time.
Right now, however, he was more concerned with a stranger heâd noticed at the lake -- and never before had the strange in stranger seemed more fitting. The first thing Keith noticed was his peculiar outfit -- not that Keith was really one to talk in his bright red and yellow uniform.
As the man turned to go, Keith made the rash decision to follow with the intent of starting a conversation. Despite his strangeness, he looked wise and dressed like he could be someone important, which meant he could potentially know something about the forest that Keith didnât.
âHey!â he called out. âI donât think Iâve seen you around before. Whatâs up?â

The abundance of rain was a welcome change from the endless days of sunshine. The sound was rather calming, soothing white noise to her ears. Lynne was splashing around her feet, probably splashing her, but it wasnât as if it would have been noticed. Without an umbrella, anyone would be drenched within seconds, so a little more water wouldnât have hurt.
At least the plants would be watered (as long as it didnât flood â too much water was bad, that much she knew, not that she could stop the rain from falling). Humming happily, she imagined a field with lush green leaves, and a lavish harvest of berries.
She started meandering in the direction of the pond, catching a flurry of movement out of the corner of her eye, turning just in time to see someone slip and fall. Wincing sympathetically, she changed course, stopping a couple feet away from the stranger. âAre you alrightâŠ?â
Keith groaned as he picked himself up, his vibrant uniform now soaking wet and caked in mud. It wasnât the first time heâd ruined his clothes, unsurprisingly, but he was unsure of how he was supposed to go about cleaning them here. He knew his tree house had electricity, somehow, but he hadnât seen a washing machine anywhere.Â
If he had any pride left after getting a faceful of mud, it was diminished at the sound of a strangerâs voice. He turned to see a small pink-haired girl standing there. A peculiar bird-like Pokemon heâd never seen before followed close behind, relishing in the dismal weather. Keith made a mental note to ask later what the hell that thing was.
âYeah, Iâm fine,â he said as he got to his feet, hoping his embarrassment wasnât too obvious in his voice. âJust enjoying the great weather weâre having. Hey, you havenât seen a Buizel anywhere by any chance, have you?â

The air around the lake was pretty cold, but Curtis didnât mind it at           all. Not when he was sitting comfortably on a folding chair with a           line out into the dark blue depths of the water, both objects found           within the closet of his cabin. How was it that everything that he           could have ever wanted to use was in there? The questions just           continued to pile up. But now that he was here fishing, all of them,           his troubles and questions, just seemed to melt away as he stared at           the calm surface of the water.
As he raised his arms to stretch, his green eyes saw the figure of a           boy a few years younger than him looking around the area with           caution and hesitancy. For a moment his heart skipped a beat as he           watched the other, wariness creeping up its way through him at the           thought of having to deny being Christoph to another person. But           perhaps it was because he was by the water where he felt at home,           but he felt he could do it confidently. So when the other approached           him after noticing him sitting by the water, he gave him a friendly           smile and spoke in a gentle voice.
âHello. I didnât expect anyone to be out here⊠can I help you?â
Upon noticing the new area that had opened up -- apparently out of nowhere -- Keith had immediately wanted to explore it. Insatiable curiosity was in his nature, and he found being a Ranger only encouraged this. When he stumbled upon the massive body of water, he was both amazed and bewildered as to how no one could have noticed this before. Had an entire lake just materialized overnight...?Â
His Buizel, seemingly oblivious to the sheer oddity of it all, was eager to swim after being on land for so long. While the Sea Weasel was exploring the lake itself, Keith tried to circle the perimeter on foot -- a harder task than he had expected. The lake was enormous, far bigger than any body of water heâd ever seen in his life save for the ocean.Â
After walking for what seemed like an hour, finding nothing out of the oridinary, he noticed a boy sitting on the beach, a fishing pole in hand. Somehow it hadnât occurred to Keith that there could be other Pokemon in the waterâs depth, and a twinge of fear struck him at the thought of a wild creature attacking his partner. No way thatâd happen... this place is peaceful, right? he thought, trying to push the worry to the back of his mind.
He raised a hand in a small wave as he approached the stranger. âHey. I was just checking this place out... say, has this lake always been here?â Realizing how bizzare the question probably sounded when he said it out loud, he added, âI mean, Iâve never seen this path before; itâs like it just appeared overnight.â
Berries Harvest // Lyra & Keith {Event}
âSpeaking of weird,â she exclaimed as she pointed her finger to the border of the clearing a few yards away, where a path leading somewhere was in plain sight. âThat path over there wasnât there when I decided to live in this house, but one day it was just⊠there. Isnât that strange?â
A puzzled look crossed her face as she said those words, but they disappeared as she listened to the other began to talk about being a PokĂ©mon Ranger. That was what they were called! The bright look that crossed his face made Lyra smile unconsciouslyâit was always a pleasure to see someone talk about something they were passionate for, and it showed very clearly in the boyâs face.
âSeems like you really enjoy your job!â she said as she grinned at him, her Meganium next to her nodding in agreement. âI think I came across a few when I was traveling, but they were Trainers as well as Rangers since they always challenged me to a battle.â
âActually, do you perhaps know how to cook with these?â she asked as she motioned to the fields behind her. âI have all these berries and vegetables ready to harvest, but itâs a little tedious to just eat them raw⊠ah, but if you donât itâs fine! I was just wondering!â
The girl grinned sheepishly as she scratched the back of her head, realizing that she really was talking too much.
Keithâs eyes followed her finger to the source of her confusion; sure enough, a pathway cut through the trees, shrouded by the white fog that seemed omnipresent no matter where you went here. Surely he would have noticed the path while exploring before, wouldnât he? Heâd been trying to leave the clearing for days now to no avail, and according to the girl a way out had just opened up out of nowhere. âThatâs... really weird. Are you sure it hasnât always been there, and you just didnât see it until now?â
He noticed her smile as he began to babble on about his job, and he couldnât help but grin back. âOh, yeah. Itâs hard work, but itâs a lot of fun, yâknow?â He paused to consider her next statement. âHuh. I donât think Iâve ever heard of Rangers that battled on the side, but maybe itâs different in other regions.â This made him wonder where the girl was from, anyway, and made a mental note to ask her sometime.
In response to her next question, he tapped one finger to his chin in thought. âIâm supposed to know about berries and what they do and all for my job -- and I totally do!â he replied, adding the last part as a quick afterthought, even though maybe it wasnât a hundred percent true. âBut Iâve never really been a great cook, so Iâm not sure. I kinda just end up setting stuff on fire... I guess thatâs why having a water-type for a partner is good, yeah?â He laughed, silently hoping she didnât think he was talking too much.

Miyuki offered an apologetic smile towards the boy as he expressed his disappointment at getting any helpful information out of her. Though she did enjoy being in this forest more than most peopleâevident by how little she was worrying about being hereâknowing that there was an exit from this place would probably put her mind a little more at ease. The forest was already off-putting enough at certain times of the day, and the fact that something seemed be lurking around in the mist sometimes made her paranoid.
â Yes, thatâs very trueâlogically speaking, there should be a way to leave⊠â Miyuki tapped the top end of the pen in her hand to her chin, thinking for a few quiet moments. It was all quite illogical and strange really, how everybody had managed to find themselves in here. Practically every body she had come into contact with had stated that they woke up here⊠did it mean that they were in some sort of dream world? However, the young woman knew that she was not asleep prior to arriving hereâinstead, there was a⊠certain event that occurred that she really, really did not want to remember right now.
â I guess it means that weâll just have to find a way out⊠somehow. â she said finally, giving the boy a short glance. The young woman had been staring off into the distance when she thought, finding that staring at a person always put her on edge. As such she didnât even notice that the other was staring at her, if he even was.
â But youâre a PokĂ©mon Ranger, right? You probably know how to properly explore a forest better than the rest of us. â Miyuki offered him a small smile, hoping that itâd lift his worried spirits if even a little. Judging from his size he seemed to be quite young, and the situation was probably more stressful for him than any one else here.
He gave a light sigh, hoping she didnât feel too bad about not being able to provide him with much information. Despite not knowing where she was, Keith noticed she seemed surprisingly calm about their situation -- one of the reasons heâd thought she might know something about the forest. Keith himself had been constantly restless, wandering around and scouring for some hidden way out. Then again, if this girl had to deal with giant spider Pokemon that attacked at will, he figured she was probably used to sticky situations.
âNo such thing as a cage with no doors, right? Thereâs got to be a way out of here, but... I donât know how to go about finding it.â he admitted, habitually gritting his teeth. âIâve tried, but like you said, every time I leave the clearing I just end up circling back to where I started.â In every attempt, heâd start walking away from the area until the persistent fog overwhelmed his field of vision. When the haze finally cleared, he was back at his starting point with nothing gained but an increasing amount of frustration.
He couldnât help but return her smile at the mention of being a Ranger. âIâd like to think so, but still... Thereâs not much exploring that can be done without the fog getting in the way.â He waved a hand as if gesturing all around them to the insistent white mist that blanketed the forest. He could usually ignore it; it didnât impair his vision until he tried to leave, but every once in a while he swore he would see something nondescript moving in the corner of his eye. As soon as he tried to focus on it, it was gone again, leaving nothing but a lingering feeling of being watched.
Miyuki gave one last warning glare to her Ariados from her spot on the groundâit wouldâve been quite embarrassing if she couldnât control her own PokĂ©mon with her age and experience. Thankfully Solis seemed to have gotten the message, as she begrudgingly turned her head away from the two humans in response. It was her way of saying that sheâd let this one boy slide⊠this time around. Mentally sighing in wonder at how she managed to take care of the sassy Long Leg PokĂ©mon all this time, the young woman gave her full attention to the boy.
â Thatâs acutally something I want to know as well, â she replied, her face falling at her inability to provide an adequate answer, alongside their current predicament. It wasnât the first time someone had questioned her on their surroundings, but no matter who she talked to it seemed like everyone was in the same boatâunable to leave this mysterious uncharted forest.
â I donât know if youâve tried it out for yourself but if you try leaving, you just end up where you began⊠this definitely isnât your ordinary forest. â Miyuki added, looking up at the boyâs face. She noted that he was sporting a PokĂ©mon Ranger uniform, much like the ones she had met that came from Fiore. She wondered if he too, was from that small yet peaceful region that she one day wished to visit. But she kept her mouth shutâperhaps thatâd be a topic to bring up in the future.
He watched anxiously as the Ariados turned away, hesitant to take his eyes off the creature. Heâd seen Pokemon get defensive of their trainers before, but being attacked by a giant spider wasnât exactly on his to-do list for the day. Silently, he had to hope that the girl was nicer than her Pokemon.Â
âDammit,â Keith muttered. He realized she must have been asked the same question by the forestâs other captives -- and they all received the same answer, apparently. No one knew where they were, nor what they were doing here.Â
He then considered asking if anyone knew the way out, but this was quickly addressed by her next statement. They really were trapped, then. Mentally, he kicked himself for being so quick to get pessimistic about it. âThereâs gotta be some way out of here. If we got in, we can get out, right?âÂ
Of course, getting there hadnât been as simple as just walking in and getting lost; evidently, theyâd all woken up there. Maybe Keith should have been asking if she knew how they got there, then. Had someone -- something? -- dragged them here while they were knocked out? Was this all some twisted fever dream he was having while really still out cold back in Almia?
He realized heâd let his mind wander from the matter at hand, and inwardly kicked himself for that, too. He focused his attention on the girl again, hoping he hadnât looked like he was staring at her while lost in his thoughts.
Berries Harvest // Lyra & Keith {Event}
âTruth be told⊠Iâm not sure where we are either.â she replied, laughing the slightest at how strange her answer mustâve seemed. After all, shouldnât that have been a big problem? âI just stopped wondering after a while, since my PokĂ©gear doesnât help much either; it says âlocation unknownâ no matter where I go in this place.â
âOh! I canât remember how long Iâve been here either, isnât that strange?â she exclaimed as her Herb PokĂ©mon bent his head down to nab an Oran Berry from a nearby plant. Lyra turned her head to look at him, curious of the reason behind his movement. She chuckled upon seeing his mouth chewing the missing blue berry, and reached out to gently pet his wet head before looking back at the boy.
âIf you donât mind me asking, whatâs your job? Your uniform looks strangely familiarâŠâ
Keithâs heart sank at her reply. âReally?â He was almost hesitant to believe her, but if it was true and neither of them knew of their whereabouts... Instinctively, he clenched his fists in frustration. âI'm guessing thereâs no map of this place, then.â Now that she mentioned it, he figured his Styler would have given the same result -- location unknown.
âThis is all way too weird,â he said as he noticed the Meganium taking one of her berries. Despite its tremendous size, it was apparently gentle, and to think heâd been scared by it just moments before... He had to mentally kick himself for that.
Her next question piqued his attention, his worries about the forest forgotten even if only momentarily. âOh? Iâm a Pokemon Ranger! I guess weâre not really as well-known as Trainers in a lot of regions, but instead of battling we work to protect Pokemon and their environments. Stuff like that, yâknow?âÂ
It took him a moment to realize he was starting to babble, and he paused.
Shellfish â Red & Keith
twelfthranger
The champion paused in unhooking the fish as he felt the mouse pokemonâs tiny paws digging into his shoulder, its lithe body tense and ready to either fight or run upon command.  He however, could not see what exactly had made his pokemon on guard, as the forest was as silent with only the trees rustling as it followed the windâs pattern.
Finally, a cry of a pokemon he didnât recognize echoed in the forest, followed by a sound that he did recognizeâa Kabutopâs agitated cry.  He couldnât mistake that pokemon, since he had one in his PC back in Kanto.  The trainer stood up at once, fishing rod and bag left by the pond as he let his Pikachu lead the way.
After a few minutes of running through the undergrowth as red hues focused on the yellow pelt of the electric mouse, he soon saw what had caused a Kabutopâs cry.  A male, holding a orange pokemon in his hands seemed to be trying to run from itâsince he could see the boyâs fatigued figure.  Had he stumbled upon the shellfish pokemonâs nest?  Or was it just naturally hostile thanks to its nature?
Either way, he had to help.  Fingers soon grazed the pokeball of his beloved water type before with a flash of light came from the spherical object.  With his Blastoise materialized, he pointed toward the Kabutops before his words formed in a hoarse voice.
         âHydro Cannon.â
At once, water shot out from the cannon like tubes in itâs shell, effectively hitting the brown pokemon back into the undergrowth.  His mouse pokemon soon raced its way over before pulling on the other maleâs socks as if to say âQuick, Get Away!â Â
Whatever effect of surprise the champion had caused had now faded, evident as he heard the large pokemonâs steps coming back towards the two trainers.
Keith had gotten himself into a lot of sticky situations before, but stepping on a wild Kabutopsâ nest must be pretty high up on the list. He didnât realize his error until the skeletal creature lunged at him, one of its bladed arms coming dangerously close to his face as he stumbled backward. He knew couldnât do anything to capture it, and trying to fight it off would only provoke it further -- his only choice was to run like hell.
Evidently not being one to forgive and forget, the Kabutops pursued. The Shellfish Pokemon let out an ear-splitting shriek that would easily alert anyone else in the vicinity of its presence. A feeling of dread settled in the pit of Keithâs stomach when he heard more footsteps from somewhere deeper in the forest, coming for him. If there were any other hostile Kabutops in the area, he knew he was about to be dead meat.
Instead of another Kabutops, however, a Trainer and his Pikachu came charging out of the undergrowth. Keith watched incredulously as the other withdrew a small sphere -- a Poke Ball, he noted -- and released a Blastoise. Instinctively, Keith wanted to warn him not to provoke the Kabutops, but this was what Trainers did for a living -- and this Trainer in particular seemed to know what he was doing. At his command, the Blastoise discharged a powerful blast of water from the cannons mounted in its shell.
Before Keith could react to the downed Kabutops, he felt something tugging insistently at his sock. He looked down to see the Trainerâs Pikachu there, staring up at him as though alerting him to get out of the way. In the same instant, he could hear Kabutops recovering in the underbrush. The Ranger stumbled back, taking care not to trip over the Pikachu as he moved toward its Trainer.
âT-thanks,â he managed to get out, still shaken beyond belief from the entire encounter. He nearly added something about how he totally couldâve taken care of that Kabutops if it werenât for his Styler -- but he held his tongue.
Berries Harvest // Lyra & Keith {Event}
From what Lyra could see, the other was a bit unnervedâprobably at being caught staring or something. That and, her Meganium was, in a way, intimidating due to his size. Fortunately for him though, Meguri was the most gentle member of her team, evidenced by the fact that he let out a cry of happiness and began to follow his trainer as she turned towards the boy.
âHello! I havenât seen you here before, are you new around here?â Lyra asked, keeping a smile on her face in order to try and alleviate his nerves. She made his way over to him, taking care to not step on any of her plants as she did so. Thankfully she was wearing boots, or else the mud wouldâve been up past her knees.
Upon getting closer, she noted that his uniform bore a similar resemblance to those of some trainers she had come across in Kanto. However, their name was on the tip of her tongue and simply wouldnât come to mind. Sheâs probably ask him what his job isânot that his outfit was strange, of course, since you probably couldnât get any stranger than Dragon Tamer outfits, after all.
Relief flooded Keith when the Meganium let out another cry, this time of happiness -- at least it wasnât out to maul him. It seemed that both the creature and its Trainer were friendly. He watched the girl pick her way around the abundant plants that her Pokemon had been tending to before Keithâs interruption. As she approached and he got a better look at her, he noticed that she was definitely dressed like a Trainer, or at least not like any Ranger heâd ever seen.Â
He felt himself smile back at her despite his persistent nerves. âAh, yeah. I think Iâve only been here for a couple days now.â Truthfully, as intuitive as he tried to be, heâd lost track of how long he had been here. Days blurred together, and he could only hope it hadnât been too long since his disappearance. âHey, listen, do you know where we are?â he asked cautiously, praying he didnât sound as crazy as he thought.
Keith jammed his hands in the pockets of his shorts. He realized he probably looked incredibly out of place in the brightly colored uniform, sticking out like a sore thumb. Under normal circumstances, he wouldnât have cared much -- he was proud of his job, and he liked being distinguishable by it -- but the peculiarity of everything in the forest put him on edge.Â

Miyuki honestly found it quite strange how the weather seemed to be perfect every single day. The sun was shining brightly, the wind was providing a pleasant soothing breeze⊠just like the day before, and the day before that. She wasnât even sure if the occasional horde of clouds even appeared in the sky. It wasnât like she was going to complain about it though, since nice weather meant that she could spend the day outside.
And thatâs exactly what she was doing, as she sat at the base of a tree writing in a notepad on her lap. It had been a while since she found time to sit down and really relax, since she was always on the move and eager to reach her next destination. In the branches above her, Solis was somewhere with her legs wrapped around a thick branch, taking a comfortable nap in the shade of the leaves.
The young woman was completely enraptured in her work, writing down possibly anything and everything that came into her head. She even failed to notice the sound of approaching footsteps until her Ariados began to make some loud and threatning hissing sounds. Immediately she looked up to see the figure of a boy coming her way, but she was too late to stop Solis from shooting a well-aimed String Shot right in front of his feetâher warning for him to go away.
â Solis, please donât do that! â Miyuki exclaimed, looking towards the large spider as she bared her fangs at the boy. Her head then turned to face the boy, who had stopped in his tracks from the sudden attack. Solis wouldnât do anything if she was engaging him in conversation⊠probably. â Iâm sorry about her, she doesnât like humans⊠can I help you somehow? â
Aside from the lingering fog that never seemed to subside, Keith had noticed that the weather in the forest was surprisingly nice. For as much as he could remember since his arrival, the sky had been clear, the air refreshingly warm. He was grateful; he already hated feeling trapped in the forest, he didnât need to feel trapped in his own treehouse by bad weather.Â
Not surprisingly, he wasnât the only one with that sentiment. He noticed a girl that looked to be a few years older than him, seated under one of many trees that circled the clearning. She was fervently writing something in a notebook, oblivious to her surroundings. (He had to wonder what could have been that important to write down.)Â
Keith realized since there were evidently other people in the forest, they might know something about it that he didnât. With this in mind, Keith started to approach the girl in the hopes that he was right. Enthralled in her writing, she didnât seem to notice him at first, until there was a loud hiss from somewhere in the branches overhead.
Much to his regret, he hadnât even seen the source of the noise until it was too late, and the massive Long Leg Pokemon had already lashed out. Keith cried out and stumbled backward, nearly losing his footing before he realized it was only a String Shot -- still, it was a warning that came through loud and clear. The Ariados was studying him from above with its round purple eyes, gauging his appearance, and he was sure if its Trainer hadnât intervened he wouldâve been dead meat.
âJeez, you can say that again...â he replied, reluctantly tearing his eyes away from the Pokemon to focus on the girl. He rubbed at the back of his neck, feeling his hair still standing on end from the shock. âI, uh, just got here, a couple days ago... I think. Would you happen to know where we are?â
Berries Harvest // Lyra & Keith {Event}
âMegu, howâre they lookinâ?â
The trainer stood underneath the eaves of her cabin with only an open umbrella in hand as she watched her Meganium looking over the fields. Lyra had little experience in taking care of plants and the like, so she was quite glad that she had at least one Grass-type Pokémon that could help her with this task. The Herb Pokémon, completely unbothered by the rain, let out a cry of satisfaction towards his trainer after his inspection.
âOh, theyâre ripe already?â Her question was answered with an eager nod from Meguri and a wide grin spread across her face as she approached the fields. âThatâs great! I didnât expect them to be ready so soon butâah, I donât even cook that well, let alone with Berries⊠hmâŠâ
The girl put her fingers to her chin, pondering on what she could do with a whole field of fresh berries. Sure, she and her PokĂ©mon could just eat them raw, but that would get boring fast. She wasnât particularly great at cooking but she did know of a few recipes she could experiment with. In her thoughts, Lyra failed to notice the figure of a young boy watching from afar until Meguriâs cry brought her attention towards him.
Keith jumped at the sound of the Meganiumâs outcry. He wasnât trying to stare; he must have spaced out while wandering and didnât notice heâd stumbled upon another personâs cabin until it was too late. He prayed that her Pokemon didnât view him as threatening -- not only was it a really bad first impression, but with his Styler still wrecked he was defenseless if the thing attacked.
He had to remind himself that by the looks of it, this probably wasnât a wild Pokemon. It was friendly to the girl, at least. He guessed she was probably a Trainer... which further confirmed his suspicion that this forest wasnât anywhere near his home region. He felt a creeping sense of dread at that, but he pushed it down and tried to refocus himself.
âUh... hey,â he began, trying to stem his nervousness. He wasnât usually this awkward, but he was also never great with new people -- especially people with giant Pokemon that may or may not have considered him a threat. âI was just, uh, looking around. Didnât mean to freak you guys out or anything.â
cloudburst // open [ event ]
âHang on! Wait for me--!â
Keith sighed in defeat as he watched his Pokemon disappear into the trees. The Buizel, albeit easily overexcited at times, wasnât usually this disobedient. He could see why he was so psyched up, though -- rain was coming down in sheets now, drenching the forest and its unfortunate inhabitants. Of course Keith had dealt with nasty weather before, but he would have much preferred to stay inside this time around.Â
He had lost track of the days since his unwilling arrival in the forest, and still wasnât any closer to figuring out what was going on or why he was suddenly a part of it. He and his partner Pokemon had both become restless at this point, searching persistently for a way out and failing every time. Now the weather had taken a turn for the worse, and his Buizel was apparently too excited about it to listen to him.
He started to run after his Pokemon, hoping the Sea Weasel hadnât gotten too far away from him yet. With his thoughts preoccupied by his partner, he managed to forget about the muddy ground until it was too late. He lost his footing, sending himself face-first into the dirt. âShit,â he muttered under his breath. He could tell nothing was hurt -- save for his pride -- but he then heard footsteps (hopefully human ones) approaching. Great. The last thing he needed was for someone else to see him covered in mud.
hi hello! my nameâs rae
this is my first time RPing on tumblr so hopefully i wonât mess anything up too badly. with school and such iâm usually online in the afternoon/evening (GMT -4) but i canât guarantee being on every day. iâll try to stay pretty active though!
iâm also kind of a forgetful person (one time i asked someone where my coffee was while i was holding it) so if i ever miss a reply please let me know!
iâm looking forward to RPing with you all! (*ă»âă»)ă
