A small jolt comes from the woman— She was honestly kind of spaced out, the heat had her lost in a sea of distasteful emotions and a feeling of damn near constant exhaustion. . Yet, she still gave a smile as her " student " approached.

It has, but the humidity can't be stopped. . ❞ She could feel her hair getting frizzy, she just didn't want to sit inside anymore, she feels like such a freeloader sitting at the Dojima house without anything to show for it.

"Umbrella's can't catch sunlight or fuzziness, Sensei." He stated this again as if it was obvious and no further explanation was needed. This wasn't meant to be mean, Teddie just didn't fully understand. If he used an umbrella in the heat, his fur wouldn't feel much cooler.

But enough on umbrellas! An invitation from a friend was the best way to perk up any bear. This was especially true if it was Sensei and involved frozen desserts. He was shinning brightly already. Hopefully his sparkles didn't actually bring any additional heat.

"Can it be like a date? I would love date day with Sensei!" It can't be date night since the sun is still out.

"Wowie! I don't know what to look at first!" His head is rapidly turning between the lunchbox and the two plushies. All of which came after a long, happy squeal.

"You're beary talented, Shi-chan. You might even make Kanji jealous." Both toys will be given loving hugs. And any sweet will definitely be eaten tonight. No dessert given to him for his birthday survived more than two days at most. Now that the others have been consumed, these will surely fall.

"One question, though. What's a Brazil...?" Sounded like a location. Maybe it was close enough to visit for more dessert?

Thanks to the great help of the Collective Unconscious, Teddie has at least basic understanding of Japanese, English, Mandarin, Spanish, and French! He is actually the team's translator that is never needed. Although Japanese is the language he is most proficient in. All the other one's he has only a basic understanding of. But over time his English does improve more.

Long time blog readers might remember that I have written this scenario before. How nostalgic!

Teddie is initially very hesitant to trust another version of him. His first instinct would be to check that this is not his shadow self either by summoning his persona or using his senses. Once that option is out, he'll continue to keep his distance until he's certain that this other version of him is truly a good bear.

Listen. After another version of himself tried to hurt his friends 3 whole times he is fully justified in not trusting them until he's 100% sure they're safe.

Beautiful girls with feminine clothing and long hair!

OK, Teddie’s an overly friendly person that can get along with most people. As long as someone isn’t mean to him or scary-looking (he can get over that second part, though he won’t be initially drawn to them), Teddie can start conversations with just about anyone. He especially likes people that are very passionate about what they do or their interests. Someone else’s excitement makes him excited, too. A strong sense of kindness and justice is also a huge plus.

After Q2’s release, I’ve also had the headcanon that he’s attracted to people with strong leadership qualities. Attracted to power, as they say. Let him stand by your side as you glow with pride!
