it's been a hot minute since i set these up, but here's what i've been rocking with:

How do you make so many gifs? What is your gif making process if you mind sharing it!

hey! ofc i don't mind. :)

pretty sure i learned everything i know from this post. i go through and do my screen-grabbing (via kmplayer) and sorting simultaneously, deleting caps i don't need and separating 'gif scenes' into folders. i prefer my gifs to run between 20-100 frames, so i'll combine or hand-split if need be. then, all i do is open the folders one by one in ps and knock 'em out! usually while watching a show/video. the only thing that slows me down is the load time between stacks.

if there's something specific you're wondering, feel free to ask!

but to answer you first question, i have really bad executive dysfunction and gif making is just low impact enough for me to just, do! so not 'free time' but i do set aside a lot of time for it, if that makes sense. easy dopamine trigger.
