Once upon a time, there was girl named Beatrice, but she goes by Bunny instead. Her story begins when she was five years old, and she met a Queen in a magical world that was very different from the world she lived in.
Her mother used to live there, and she was once a princess, but she decided she didn't want to be a princess anymore. She left with papa and granpappy River and grandmama Moon to live in the world that she calls home.
Bunny loved spending time with her grandpappy Moon and grandmama Moon because they told the silliest stories that no book could ever truly match!
For as long as Bunny could remember, grandmama Moon told her the story of a Queen from a really long time ago, that fell in love with a monster and had a baby. The mean high council took the baby away and imprisoned the old Queen and her husband in crystals. The baby was given to a mean old robot that did nothing except be mean to her and teach her to be a proper lady. The poor baby was sad and miserable lived for years, becoming sour and mean because she was never given the proper love and attention. While the poor baby was growing up in misery, her replacement became queen, and she got to live a long life and had her own babies.
And for generations after generations, the new queens ruled in bliss while the true heir was alone. It wasn't until a bold and silly princess had found the truth about the lonely heir, and decided to make the injustice right.
She searched and searched...maybe with a lot of troubles and side tracking got in the way, but the silly princess found the forgotten heir. She wanted to make it right and give her the throne, but the forgotten heir was too far gone. She had succumbed to the loneliness and bitterness in her heart, and rampaged throughout the land. The silly princess was almost at a lost on what to do, but with help of her charming squire, they decided to free the old queen.
They searched and searched for her, and finally, after trial and error, they freed the old queen, and asked for her help to stop her rampaging daughter.
Under the assumption that with the old queen being there, they could talk peacefully and end the problem then and there, they were easily fooled by such naive plans. The silly princess was at a loss once more, she was not strong enough to defeat the rampaging princess. Knowing full well what she must do, she relinquished the wand to the rightful old queen.
With the wand, the old queen neutralized her daughter's attacks, and relinquished her to a newborn state.
Not long after the fight was over, the old queen and her daughter fled away from the silly princess.
For a while, the silly princess pondered on what to do. Should she still reign over her kingdom? Is that even her right anymore? The silly princess was at a lost.
Soon, the silly princess came to an answer long after the great battle. She called upon the old queen and her monster husband, with a grand smile she gave them the kingdom. It was always meant to be theirs in the first place.
The silly princess became the wise girl, and she left the magical kingdom with her parents and squire.
The forgotten princess became the famous Monster Princess. Although the name sounds scary, it was instead truly a wonderful title. The little princess became the symbol of peace between the kingdom and the monsters. All the fighting and squabbling came to an end and there was peace.
That was the story of Bunny's mom, Star Butterfly, and how she saved the kingdom of Mewni.
On Bunny's fifth birthday, she received a royal letter and a pair of scissors with her initials on them.
The letter said she was invited to the royal kingdom of Mewni to meet the Queen and King, and most importantly, the Monster Princess.
With a great deal of nervousness, she and her parents put on their best clothing. With some coaching from her papa, she used the scissors and cut through the air. After a few unsuccessful attempts later, she had managed to open a portal to Mewni.
With a renewed constitution, she bolted through the portal, ignoring her parents protests.
You see, the story her grandmama Moon used to tell her, she always felt her heart squeeze when the poor forgotten princess was lonely. All Bunny wished to do is become her friend. She adored the princess.
Soon after she reached the other side, Bunny bumped into a tall figure with a really poofy dress. Bunny rubbed her head and looked up at who she bumped into. She soon felt her heart stop completely. With a broad smile, she proclaimed,” Hiya Miss Pretty Princess!”
With a chuckled, the monster princess responded.
