poverty: in america, self inflicted. Everyone can get on welfare and eat relatively cheap healthy food.

awful healthcare system: america has the best healthcare if you can actually pay for it. Fair point for the poorer people though.

education: education, from personal experience and colloquial evidence, cannot stop people, especially younger people. People still choose to indulge in momentary pleasures by a vast amount because they are simply peasantry who can't be low time preference for the life of them (have preference for future rewards over current ones)

lack of walkable cities: walkable cities are neither viable nor safe in America. in New York or Chicago, for example, the streets are filled with *hoodlums* (ifywim), or in other cities around the country, they simply are too spread apart to be viable. It could improve health but i'd argue not by a very large margin.

food deserts: these are self-inflicted, so no.

bad food and drug regulations: while i do agree that this is a problem, i wouldn't argue that the answer is more regulations (which is what I assume you would argue for).
