I've been having a serious hankering for something sweet today. So superfood brownies to the rescue! 🙌 . Growing up with an Italian grandmother we had dessert with every single dinner. So having something sweet after dinner was something I learned at a very young age. But I'm committed to our new program and having balance. . That's why I my super foods have been such an important game changer for me! I have it everyday for breakfast or a snack if I'm in a pinch, but the cool thing about it is I can also use it to make treats that helps with any Sweet Tooth cravings. . These are made with: 2 Scoops vegan chocolate Shakeology Two very ripe bananas And three quarters cup of creamy organic peanut butter Blend well with a hand mixer in a bowl and press into a foil-lined baking pan. Refrigerate for an hour or put in the freezer to firm up even more. Enjoy!

Oh my heck!! I'm TOTALLY EMBARRASSED to share one of my before photos from just 8 days ago. But I'm here to be transparent and REAL with y'all! . Over the holidays, I did a little too much indulging and I was ignorant to what it was doing to my body. I felt like 💩. My energy was lacking, my skin was breaking out, I was having severe stomach bloat from my IBS because yes, while I was getting my workouts in - what i was putting into my body was harming it and I just wasn't feeling like the best version of Laura anymore. . Not to mention that I'm in my mid 30's now, I can't eat and bounce back like I used to. I swear now if i even look at pizza, I gain 5lbs. . So here's one week of progress! 🙌 . 🔹️Though I wasn't looking to lose any weight with this new program, naturally I'm ⬇️ 5lbs and inches. 🔹️ My stomach bloat, cramping and pain is gone from detoxing from the sugar and processed junk. 🔹️ I get to eat 6 meals a day and my energy is thru the roof. 🔹️ I'm already starting to see my abs again (which as someone who suffers from IBS is usually nonexistent) and my booty feels definitely more lifted. 🔹️ I do have severe cravings still for crackers and bread. But I'm learning new, healthier alternatives like the cauliflower pizza we made last Friday was actually amazing and left me feeling not super bloated afterwards like regular pizza usually does. . Growing up I didn't have a ton of friends. I was the girl who had just a few close friends. 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ . I've always been more about quality over quantity. 💞 . I didn't think I would ever be someone who had people who really TRULY got who I am. . Especially as a work-from-home mama finding time to make friends is just tough. . I didn't even know I was really searching for a comunity when I initially got into coaching. 🙅‍♀️ . But the Universe knows what we truly need because as soon as I had it - I knew 💯% that I'd never let it go. . My coaches and clients, FILL MY CUP UP EVERYDAY and even more importantly, they are the glue that helps me stick to my own health and fitness journey. 💪

When your 35 year old mom bod is better than your 20-something single BOD! 😂💃 . I'm a former binge eater, ex-smoker, occasional gym goer and quitter. 🙋‍♀️ . I spent my 20s hiding at home, starving myself and then stuffing my face with fast food late at night after the bar, I dropped to my lowest and unhealthiest weight. I'd spend 2 hours at the gym bored out of my mind on the stair stepper or confused on how to use the weight machines, only to light up a cigarette on my way home and pick up dinner at Taco Bell. 😩 . I thought eating 100 calorie snack packs, Lean Cuisines, and Special K for breakfast was "healthy eating". . Then after being "thin" most my life and being told that when I got pregnant that I'd barely gain much weight during pregnancy... it was quite the mental shock to me when I gained over 60lbs while pregnant!! My body hurt after having our daughter from the added weight on my knees and my back . So I guess you can say ive had a taste of both sides of the struggle. . Now I'm a size 4 and a nursing momma... yes still. . ➡️ I do 30 min workouts in my home that challenge my body in ways I never imagined. And I have REAL muscle definition for the first time in my life. 🙌 . ➡️ I drink superfoods every day and NOT because it's a protein shake (because it is SO much more than that 🥗🌱) These superfoods replace my prenatal vitamins, have gotten rid of my IBS and gives me energy from NATURAL sources that i need as a hot mess mama! . ➡️ I eat clean and follow the 80/20 concept. I avoid anything that says "diet, skinny, fat free or sugar free". 🚫 . ➡️ I tap into my virtual fit club works that are filled with other moms and othet ladies just like me so I never feel unsupported or alone on this journey. 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ . Re-committing to my miracle morning routine. I am choosing love over fear. . We always have a choice. The option is always there. Live in the present or let the past define us. . Our truth is always in love and in the NOW. . I am guilty of not living my truth before. Letting things from my past define me. Letting fear lead me and my choices. . There are so many opportunities that i could have let fear define me. My parent's divorce when I was a baby, growing up with a single working mother, being bullied in school, toxic relationships, alcohol and partying, my own divorce, and many other things. . But instead, today, I live in true happiness and love. Sure that inner voice is still there but I've been learning how to place it on mute more than listening to it. . Start today with loving yourself a little bit more, taking better care of yourself and quieting that fear mongering voice inside. You are beautiful and blessed!! ✌💜

Do you count the blessings of your day? . I love nighttime reflections in a messy mommy world. . We played hard. We worked hard. We met some awesome new mommas who are joining my 80 day abs and bootay lifestyle test group. We had family time. We worked on being our best selves. . More love. More laughter. More gratitude. More growth. . Growth is created thru becoming uncomfortable and overcoming each struggle along your path. . Travel big in life.

Transformation Tuesday!!!! My favorite day of the week 🎉 (besides Thursday- which is payday! 💃🏻) . I showed you one of MY transformations last week, so I thought I'd highlight this amazing gal today! Can you help me give her some love?! 👏🏼 . Joan lost 18 lbs and 20 inches in 80 days with our brand new program - officially launching in less than 2 weeks! 🙌🏼 .
