Another metamy post. Yeah idk what else to add here.

So I got issue 7 of sonic idw and it's translated to Polish since I'm in Poland.

In idw they give character names and then a title, so for neo metal sonic it's "The Steel Nemesis".

In Polish it's translated to "The Steel Nemesis" as well but it uses the feminine way of saying steel when in context of describing something as made of steel.

Title says "Stalowa Nemezis"

So what happened is that the word nemesis is inherently feminine, the translation decided to keep the word nemesis and so the feminine form of steel had to be used.

I saw the word stalowa and thought that it was interesting that they decided with a feminine form... WAIT and yeah I associated it with feminine neo. I'm sorry guys I'm projecting trans neo whenever I can but we didn't win today.
