My fourth favorite TV show has to be One Tree Hill. I love these characters so much. This series means a lot to me.
During its 9-year run I like to think it helped me. I had a broken heart when I watched season 2 and. I would like to say without being too cheesy that Nathan healing from Haley’s leaving on tour, was me slowly healing too.
These stories helped shape who I am. The music is still fantastic. The characters still resonate today.
Speaking of characters… if you know me, you know I love Haley James Scott so much. She was the best friend of the main character that took a chance with her heart and dreams, it wasn’t always smooth, but she made a beautiful life.
Nathan Scott was the bad boy that turned into the best husband and father. I originally watched the show for Lucas, however that first episode I knew there was something special about Nathan. I was right.
Brooke Davis really had the best character develop of the series, though.
I love so many episodes f this show but the one I have only seen once is “With Tired Eyes, Tired Minds, Tired Souls, We Slept”. It isn’t a bad episode by any means, but it does change everything. With the nature of the episode, it is tragic, but also until that point the show dealt with heavy material, but this episode made the show relevant, It also made the characters involved have to grow up and it’s a loss of innocence for them.
OTH as I said before has incredible music and it brought one of my favorite artist to me, Tyler Hilton. One of these days I will go to One tree hill con but seeing Tyler Hilton live is always amazing.
This show, like the ones before on this favorite list, is on it for a reason. The main one is I just love it.
