Turns out I wrote most of a second chapter to a fic called ‘The Morning After’ which I never posted and now I am trying to work out if I can finish when I haven’t written anything in a couple of years.

So tomorrow I have to go to a site which has started the building work (putting in foundations) and has realised that they have not gotten their archaeological condition discharged. So I have turn up hope there is enough space to dig and save their arses, oh did I mention the asbestos and heavy metals risk cos that’s always fun!

I will give them the benefit of the doubt as it does appear it has been done completely by accident but we shall see if we turn up to a trashed site!

I have gotten through this week with three days on two separate sites getting wet, muddy and not seeing a scrap of archaeology. Two days in the office writing about not finding a scrap of archaeology, oh the life of a London based archaeologist!

Sometimes its interesting that’s what I keep telling myself!

So last week I had 6 days to dig, record and backfill twenty six 30 by 2 metre trenches and this week I have 3 days to do four and the longest is 15 metres. To top it all off I have found nothing in any of them!

I have just seen this and check to find my few little works on there. I've not written anything in a very long time and these maybe the only things I every write but seeing someone using my hard work in this manner annoys me more then I thought it would especially when they are making money from it. I have made my work private unless you have a ao3 account, and I am almost convinced no-one will care but I am very disappointed that this is feels necessary. Hope you understand xx
