There was a expeditious blink, the girl looking a bit muddled. How could someone pass up getting a F R E E bag of chips? Misaka wouldn't pass that up in her life time. Besides, she always cheated the system to get what she wanted for no price. Soon, there was a nod, unaware of who or what the woman was. 

It was lunch break at her school, so some students went out to fast food restaurants to grab something. And that's what she had done. When she had turned, drink in hand, the stranger bumped into her, causing it to crash to the floor. The cap busting open, the drink flowed onto the tiled floor. 

A guy’s gotta love these sharp attitudes first thing during the day. Trading stares, Oga’s remained equally unrelenting as the mysterious thunderhand. What was the proper line to say a woman after being caught in an awkward strait? A moment of silence passed as he tilted his gaze upward. The universe spiraled along until an idea finally managed to crawl from the depths of his mind. This ought to be good.

"Well. I just needed to tell you I don’t like how your face looks—."

A neon bolt hurdled his way from her head. That wasn't a very smart way to respond to her. Besides, she didn't take insults from anyone. But she didn't think twice about electrocuting him, yet she wouldn't voice that. There was a huff, as she glared, little bolts of electricity dancing around her. If he was smart enough to watch his tongue, she wouldn't do that to him again.

Bright, neon blue sparks flowed from the girl's fingertips, landing on the machine, as well as a strong kick. You see, the snack machine was backed up, and she decided she'd take care of it. Result was ; the snacks exploded from the vending machine, landing around them. 

What the hell were these P U N K S looking at? Needless to say, she wasn't too happy with the staring contest that suddenly started.
