Hello everybody! We come bearing good news: The last of our corrected merch has arrived with our shipping mod, meaning we will now be proceeding to our shipping period!

To our buyers: You all should have received an address change form sent to the email you gave when you purchased any physical items. This form will remain open for the next two weeks through April 17th, so please take this time to let us know if your address has changed since you initially purchased your Tsumugi Zine items. In the meantime, Mod Bee will be preparing to mail out your items.

If you did not receive this form, please be in touch with us either over email, or through DMs! We will be monitoring our socials for such concerns so feel free to reach out at any time. We are also available for questions and concerns regarding the form itself.

Hello again everyone! As always, thank you for being patient with us as we continue to navigate our current situation.

Mod Bee has received almost all of our items from our former shipping mod. Unfortunately we have encountered many additional road bumps in receiving all of our items. One of the boxes containing 70 of our zines broke open during transit and the zines that were inside were lost. Mod Bee received only the empty box with the bottom clearly ripped open.

We aren't sure what the status is of these zines as of now. Mod Bee has filed a claim with USPS and is currently working with them to either recover the zines, or, more likely, be financially compensated for the lost supplies. Regardless, we do have just enough a-grade zines for all of our buyers.

Once the claim has been investigated, we will report back and let everyone know our next steps.

The other large road bumps are that our former shipping mod's roommate still has some items that need to be mailed out, and we are waiting for our reprinted merch items to arrive at Mod Bee's house so she can do quality checks. Once these have both happened, shipping will commense promptly.

Mod Bee has been in contact with our former shipping mod’s roommates discussing the shipment of our items to her. We now know the items will be shipped out to Bee on December 18th.

Once the items are with Mod Bee, we will let you all know and she will begin quality checking everything.

Hello everyone. First and foremost, we would like to give a formal apology for our long silence. For full transparency, we have been dealing with a number of issues behind the scenes such as the disappearance of our head mod and some issues with our shipping mod which have caused a significant amount of turbulence during this stage of the process. This is no reason for us not to have communicated promptly but we hope you all can understand why we have been silent on the socials lately.

We are undergoing a few changes on the mod team in order to complete our project and see everyone's orders safely shipped to them. First, Bee from hivezines has joined our project as an emergency shipping mod. She has already begun to access the situation and is working to get all the items from Mod Leo so that she can begin the shipping process.

Next, almost all of our merchandise is quality checked and ready to ship. We just have one more item correction we are still waiting on. Mod Craig is in contact with the manufacturer and we will update the socials as soon as our last item has arrived. As stated above, we also have our full batch of zines, which we will post a flip-through video of in our next update. Our shipping period will commence as soon as Mod Bee has access to all of our items and is able to quality check the zines.

Finally, one of the contributors has stepped up in order to monitor the socials. From here forward we will be committed to quick and transparent updates to all of our social media accounts, so please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, or grievances you may have.
