everyone uses in edits the scene where frank wraps his belt around his arm in season 2 of punisher and everytime without a doubt i think about the moment he PULLS OUT THE BELT FROM THE LOOPS WHY NOONE USES THAT!!!!!
boyfriend’s dad!frank castle x fem!reader
you put on a pretty set of lingerie to surprise your long-distance boyfriend. he didn’t get the surprise, but his dad did.
tags: kissing, comfort, slightly posessive frank, cheating, second hand embarrassment for you all, praising, pet names, age gap
wc: 3k
There was some unsaid tension between you and your boyfriend ever since you decided to leave your hometown to get masters degree at the better university than the one in your closest city. It wasn’t that far and because you were both grown up you weren’t meeting that often anyway.
He never said he had something against it, he helped you pack, drove you to your new apartment and caressed your face as you got emotional over leaving. Everytime that you tried to bring up that you feel bad about moving hours away from him, he shut it down, saying that he would never want to get between you and your future.
Still, you felt the gap between you get wider and wider with every week. Missed phone calls, because he was at work or you went to sleep earlier, because you had an exam next day, weekends when you couldn’t go home, because you were swarmed with projects or his car broke down and he couldn’t come to you, it all made a dent on your relationship.
Summer break was just around the corner and you hoped that two months together would help you work through everything that broke over last ten months.
He was excited, promised that he wouldn’t let you out of his grip when he finally sees you. He kept talking about how his dad was about to go on some trip and you’ll have whole house to yourselves. Few months since you last saw each other left you pent up enough that you hoped that he was saying truth. You splurged on a set from Victoria’s Secret to surprise him. He always said that white was your colour, you knew that he would love the delicate babydoll dress with lacy hems that left just enough to the imagination and matching thongs.
First week of summer break was fruitless. His work kept him busy and tired, and you hated to be the type of girlfriend who would put her needs over his rest.
You spent a lot of time with your parents, friends from high school who also came back for the summer. One of them turned out to be working in the same company as your boyfriend was. She had an easy job in human resources, which she loved. With a giggle she let you know that she might look into your boyfriend’s schedule and let you know when he gets off work the next day, so you could surprise him without being suspicious at all. At first you weren’t too sure if that was a good idea, but girls quickly convinced you that it was probably one of the hottest things you could do. And if there was anything that could save your relationship it was a bit of heat.
So, the next day, you packed your sweet lingerie in your bag and left home. Your boyfriend was living on the other end of the town, your heart sped up with every minute of car ride. The key was under the cushion on the chair, he kept it here ever since you met him and it was a reason for an argument with his dad, who thought it was the most irresponsible thing ever. Frank always said that if someone wants to break in, at least make them work for it. His car wasn’t there, so he really had to leave for a trip. Never seemed like the type to take trips, but there’s first time for everything.
You let yourself in, inside didn’t change much since you were there last time, so there was no point to wander around. You had a very specific plan and the clock was ticking, your boyfriend would be home soon and you had to get ready.
You changed your clothes in his room, which was surprisingly clean for him. It’s not that he was a slob, but he wasn’t the type to tuck his bedding so perfectly before going to work. With every passing moment you felt more and more like it was a stupid idea. Dressing up and waiting was far from your commitment to those things coming naturally in the moment. It made you think again that he was probably tired after—
The doors opened. Then closed, slowly. Your heart was beating so hard, you barely could keep it inside your chest.
You sat gently on the edge of his bed, it was so awkward, you tried to prop yourself in a way that wouldn’t be screaming ‘I have no idea what the hell am I doing”.
You waited. Waited for some time more.
Good ten minutes passed, before you decided that you can’t just sit there and wait. You reapplied your honey lipbalm and stood up. It was your innitiative to even be there, you could push it a bit more.
On bare feet, you walked out of his room. You made your way downstairs, where you could hear some dishes clinking in the kitchen. If he was hungry after work, you were about to give him something to eat.
You smoothed out the silky material of the short dress you had on, before stepping into the room. You cleared your throat, because you didn’t want to scare him with—
“Oh my God!” You screamed, as soon as you saw that the man standing in the kitchen wasn’t your boyfriend. Your hands shot to your chest to cover whatever it was there to salvage from your diginity.
Frank wasn’t surprised to see you there, he saw your car outside, he figured it out that you were inside by the open doors.
It didn’t stop him to look at you with eyes wide open, frozen in the middle of unloading the dishwasher.
Another sound of distress left your throat as you turned around and ran upstairs to lock yourself in your boyfriend’s room.
Frank wasn’t supposed to be there, he should be on a trip or whatever, he just shouldn’t be there! He shouldn’t be looking at you, scanning you up and down in a split second, when he realized that was going on.
You jumped to your phone and clicked on your boyfriend’s contact. There goes surprise, but the need in you had to be put on hold anyway after the embarrassment you just lived through. He didn’t answer, so you called again. He didn’t answer again. You shot him a message, asking where he is. You were met with nothing.
You hoped that he would walk in and save you somehow, but half an hour passed, he should be home long time ago, and he was nowhere to be found.
With humiliation heavy in your chest, you pulled on your jeans and tucked the dress into them, before putting on whatever sweatshirt you grasped first from your boyfriend’s closet. You just wanted to hide it all and run away, because changing back into the clothes you came in felt like walk of shame.
At first you wanted to sprint right down the stairs, bolt through the doors and never have to look Frank in the eye ever again, but it would be so rude. He’s been nothing but sweet from the very first day he met you, you owed him an apology at least. You didn’t have a very elabore relationship with him, but he was always somewhere in the background on half of the meets with your boyfriend. He offered to drive you home whenever his son had a drink and you didn’t feel good with him driving a car. You always gave him a small gift over christmas season, because you appreciated him. He rarely used your name, it was only sweethearts and other cute names that made you smile shyly. It was sweet, but somehow created weird distance between you two, like he didn’t really acknowledged you.
So with head down, clutching your bag like your life depended on it, you went downstairs again, kind of hoping that you would slip and die right in that moment. He was still in the kitchen, putting the groceries into the fridge. He gave you only one quick look, before getting back to his task.
“I am so sorry,” you said, fighting to not hide your face in hands. Frank let out deep sigh and you really envied those birds who could stick their head in the ground in that moment. “I’m serious, I’m so sorry, I thought you wouldn’t be there, you were supposed to be on a trip and I— I feel like a fool.”
Frank closed the doors to the fridge and looked at you.
“I can’t judge you, I was young once too,” he said with a chuckle and you didn’t know if he was laughing at you or was it supposed to loosen up the atmosphere. Your eyes met with his and he was definitely making fun of you. Just what you needed. “No idea what trip you mean though, sweetheart.”
“Frank Junior told me about it,” you explained, before pulling your lips into a straight line.
He sighed, crossing his arms over his chest. “Sit down,” he said, nodding to the dining table.
“I should—“
“You have other plans?” he asked, pulling two chairs away and taking one for himself. He got you there, you hoped to stay in this house at least until the next day in the original plan. No one would be looking for you if you stayed. “That’s what I thought,” he said, as you sat down and pulled your knees up to your chest.
You were looking anywhere else than on him and Frank couldn’t help, but focus on the part of the white lace sticking from under the hoodie you were wearing.
“I didn’t know you were still seeing each other.”
The confusion was clear on your face. There was a stretch of silence during which Frank tried to figure out what’s the best way to say what he had in mind without hurting your feelings. You were such a sweet girl, ambitious, always helpful when you came by. It hurt him to be the bearer of bad news, but that’s the least he could do for you, since he apparently failed in raising his son.
“I thought you two already broke up,” he said, which didn’t sound as gentle as he hoped it would. He watched the embarrassment on your face for a moment turn into wide-eyed surprise, before coming back twice as heavy. “He’s been going out for some time with someone and now he hasn’t been home in over a week,” he continued and you could only let out a bitter laugh.
You raised your hands up and hid your face in them. With every second, the pity in the look you were getting from Frank was only making you feel more heat on it.
“Now I feel like a double fool, a triple even,” You huffed, voice muffled by the sleeves of your… ex-boyfriend’s hoodie.
He said your name with such a fondness in his voice it made your heart skip a beat. “Sorry you had to find out that way.”
You shook your head. No amount of ‘sorries’ would heal the betrayed part of you. Especially since he shouldn’t be the one saying them. The one and only person who should be begging you to not curse him with an etsy witch wouldn’t even pick up your calls. And he knew you were back in town!
“I should’ve seen it coming,” you said in disbelief in your own stupidity.
Frank sighed, before reaching out to the leg of your chair. He pulled it closer to himself with a loud noise of scratching against the floor. Surprised whimper escaped your mouth, as you grabbed the table, because you thought you were about to fall. Now that you weren’t hiding your face, he said your name again. You weren’t crying, but there was clear sadness in your eyes. You glanced at his face for a second, before going anywhere else.
“Don’t do that to yourself,” he said quietly.
He had no problem to watch your face. He was a grown man, he could handle seeing a woman in lingerie and move on. He could handle having you close, knowing that you didn’t even change from that lovely set. Such a shame that you dressed up and it all had to go to waste.
“It happens sometimes, you’re young, you don’t have to beat yourself up about one relationship that didn’t work out,” he whispered, brushing his fingers over your cheek. You looked at him and that was the moment when your eyes started to well up. “Come on,” he said, rubbing this thumb over your cheekbone.
“I thought we would spend time together,” you muttered.
“I figured,” he said and you shoot him angry look. He laughed in your face, again. He much rather wanted you mad than crying and it was working. “For what it’s worth, I think you looked nice.” He shouldn’t have said that.
Under the veil of wanting to shake you out of sadness, there was something really wrong hiding. The need so ugly, he almost felt enough ashamed of it to stop himself.
Almost.
You rolled your eyes. “Oh yeah, because in those two seconds of me standing mortifyed in doorway you could get a good look,” You scoffed, wrapping your arms around your legs tighter. When you first opened the package with lingerie and touched the lace, you were in awe how delicate it felt between your fingers. Now it seemed to be burning your shoulders, collarbones, hipbones.
He put both of his hands on your cheeks, very proud of himself and wiped any tears that spilled down when you squinted your eyes at him. “I thought it was tying up the whole look.” His voice was steady, even if his breath over your face felt a bit shaky. “The white, the scared look on your face,” he said, keeping his hands on your face. They were rough against your soft skin, but it didn’t bother you. They were warm, big enough to cover your whole face, he didn’t do that though, he wanted to see your eyes.
Bottom of your stomach clenched and twisted against your will.
Your lips fell open, but nothing came out. His eyes trailed down, following the movement of your bottom lip. Maybe you didn’t really want to say anything in the first place.
“You looked lovely.”
His voice was low, you would barely hear it if he didn’t say it almost directly in your lips. You tasted the words, bit your teeth in the meaning they carries and liked the sweetness you felt in your mouth.
His lips burned yours, but the sudden touch of them was so gentle, you couldn’t get enough of the feeling. Your legs fell to the ground, you couldn’t find strenght in yourself to keep your arms wrapped around them. You wanted to touch, grab, but idea alone of adding anything on top of the wet, slow kiss Frank was sharing with you, seemed like not being grateful enough for what he was giving you already.
Your hands ended gripping the hem of the sweatshirt you were wearing. You were scared that if you started wandering with them, you wouldn’t found any boundary to stop you. One of his slid down onto the side of your neck. He couldn’t get enough of your honey lipbalm, one of his thumbs pulled down on your chin to help you open your mouth. It was all to help you, feel better, think about pleasure instead of hurt. He did it all for you.
Quiet gasp left your mouth, when he sucked on your upper lip, before sliding his tounge over the slit of your lips.
Heat pooled in the bottom of your stomach. The need in his movement to taste everything you had to offer made you clench your hands tighter, squeeze your thighs in fear of falling onto the ground. He wouldn’t let you, he would catch you.
You missed the sound of car pulling up on the driveway. You were finally ready to grab whatever part of Frank that would be the closest to catch, when he stopped. Your eyelids fluttered open. He was so close, his eyes were slightly glassy, lips red and slick. He licked them and stood suddenly, just as you heard the doors slam and someone calling your name.
“Nice seeing you there,” Frank said to his son, stepping back into the kitchen from the dining room. He stood close to the kitchen island, hiding the heavy print in his pants behind it. He cleared his voice, when he recognized that his voice wasn’t sounding as normal as it should.
He ignored his dad, going straight to his room, because that’s where you were supposed to wait for him basing on your text, before catching a glimpse of you sitting next to the table with hand pressed over lower part of your face.
He only managed to say your name, before you get up in a second and walked past him. “We’re done,” you said, running out of the house. The air inside started to choke you down, realization of what happend moments before your, now ex, boyfriend walked in fell heavy on your heart.
You wiped your hand over your lips after you fumbled your keys, while trying to open your car. “Fuck,” you breathed out and involuntarily gave one, just one glimpse to the window in the kitchen. Frank was right there, meeting your eyes.
He already knew, sooner or later, you’ll be back.
guys… any advice to someone who writes smut for the first time… what should i avoid, what should i focus on…

sad incident at the hang out with your friends leads you to into frank’s arms
tags: comfort, hugging, just a blurb, because i really need to be in this mans arms, slightly posessive frank?, petnames, age gap, drinking
wc: 1.2k
"Hi, sweetheart," you heard from Frank, who was lounging in your living room, like he belong there. Well, he did, everytime he asked about something, he got yelled at by your mom for not feeling like it was his home too.
He and your father met couple year ago, at first they were just coworkers, but it quickly evolved, as soon as your dad learned that Frank didn't had any close family in the town. Frank just started to always be somewhere around. Barbecue on Sunday, Frank's there, particularly hard cupboard to screw, Frank's coming over, fishing trip with other friends, Frank was there anyway. It was sweet, especially since your mom always had her own best friend and your dad was kind of a loner.
"Had fun with your friends?" he asked, as you sat on the couch with a scoff. You have him one look before reaching for the beer bottle sitting on the coffee table. There was some football match playing on the screen. "I'll take it as no." Your bitter attitude was clashing witht he sweet perfume he smelled as you walked into the room.
"No, I did not have fun," you said, trying to see if there was any bottle opener on the table hidden between bowls of snacks your mom prepped. "Where are my parents?"
Frank reached out a hand to you and pulled out a lighter from his jeans' pocket. You gave him the bottle and he opened it for you, putting the cap on the table. Such a good skill to have.
"Your mom forgot that she volunteered to bring a pie for her book club thing tomorrow, they went to buy apples," he said, keeping his eyes on the screen.
"I would kill for an apple pie now," you hummed, before taking a sip of that nasty drink.
Silence stretched between you two. You let out a deep sigh, which made Frank chuckle.
"You can talk," he said, fixing himself on the couch. He pulled one knee more on the seat and moved his body to face you easier.
"Nothing to talk about." You just shrugged. Talking about this evening would made it real and you tried really hard to brush it off. As hard as you slammed the doors, because you were so irritated by it.
Frank let out scoff and reached for the tv remote to turn the volume down. Football was never on the top of his priorities anyway. "What happend, talk to me," he pushed and you just threw your head back with a groan.
"There's this guy," you started, tightening your grip around the cold bottle. "We've been hanging out, like, not dating, but you know— Kind of dating, I guess. Today he's been so mean to me for no reason. Everyone told me that he was just joking or teasing me, but it was so mean."
Frank kept his eyes on you, as you watched the ceiling. Anything just not to see the look of pity you were probably receiving. Sure, let's pity the stupid girl who got her feelings hurt, because she can't handle someone saying something slightly mean.
"What did he say?" he asked and you shrugged. "C'mon."
"Just stuff comparing me to other girls, or he said stuff about that I don't even drink, it's stupid."
It went unspoken between your friendgroup that you had an issue with expressing yourself in more bold way, like girls your age shouldn't have problem with. Noone commented on it, but when it came up from this guy, they couldn't really tell you 'it's not true', because everyone knew that he was right.
"Yeah, you don't drink," he said and leaned to you to gently pull out the bottle of beer from your hand. He set it on the table with a soft thud and now you had nothing to do with your hands. You glanced at the slightly ripped out label at the bottle and rubbed the remaining glue from your fingers.
"Thanks, it was really nasty." Frank laughed at your words and you couldn't help but chuckle with him. "I thought it will make me feel better."
"Drinking never made anyone feel better," he said quietly, propping his elbow on the backrest. The smile slowly left your lips and you sighed again. It helped, it almost made you feel like every one of those breaths some of the tension from your shoulders left. "You shouldn't be sad because of a stupid guy." He put a hand over your shoulder, squeezing it once.
"But I am," you said, turning to face him. "I thought we were cool with each other, he never mentioned that anything about me bothered him and he suddenly acts like that. What does that even mean?"
Frank looked at you with a look so obvious, it only made you want to hear it more. You wanted someone to be straight with you, honest, unlike the guy you thought you had a chance with.
"Frank, you're a guy, what does that mean?"
Calling him 'a guy' seemed almost like an insult, because he was always in your eyes a man, everything a man should be. Tough on the outside, but always so gentle, helpfull, protective when it came to the smallest things, raliable with a good sense of humor. You compared him to that stupid guy and felt bad about it almost immediately, because how a man like him could know what was in the head of someone like your ex-date.
He looked at you and knew that he couldn't get out of giving you any answer. "I think it means he's not worth your time and worries."
You let out a scoff. "But, like, truly, does he found another girl or what?"
Frank leaned closer and tapped his finger on your forehead. "Get him out of your head. If you have to ask yourself that, he's not worth your thoughts." You raised your hand up and grabbed his finger to pull it away. Message clear, you wouldn't hear a real answer, maybe you shouldn't. In his eyes, you shouldn't and you decided to trust that judgement.
"I'm just really sad," you said, holding onto his finger. With a gentle look in his eyes, Frank covered your hand with the rest of his.
"I know, sweet girl." He opened his other arm, inviting you in.
Your lips turned downward, before hitching your knee onto the seat to move closer to him. You let go of his fingers and he used both of his arms to pull you into himself. Your body melted against his chest as you put your forehead on his shoulders. He rubbed his palm over your back and you couldn't help but feel your eyes water.
Frank felt your breath hitch and body shrudder with the wave of sadness.
"Shh," he tried to calm you. His right hand went up from your back to your head to caress your hair. "He's not worth your time, none of these guys you know are," he whispered over your ear.

thank u so much!! i kinda forgot about this series and focused on other works, but if there are still people interested in it, i might try to write some more of it <3 thank you again!!!! have a good day<3
Don't use AI to write. Use cocaine like a real author.
hunter davenport x reader
after a fight with dean, hunter might need a hand with tending to his busted lip.
just a blurb, hope you like it:3
it all seemed little too perfect to be true. hawks won the game, hannah’s showcase went great, she got back together with garrett, who was taking the suspension better than anyone expected. everyone was having fun together at the malone’s.
you were nursing a drink, sitting next to the bar. while talking with one of your friends from biochemistry class wasn’t the greatest way to spend time (he always wanted to be in a group with you, but wouldn’t put enough effort into presentations), it was way better than interrupting hannah and garrett in their reconnecting or between dean and allie, who were about to have serious conversation. too chaotic place to be having one for your taste, but they both were kind of crazy and perfect for each other.
so, you kind of missed the moment when dean and allie’s conversation took a turn and someone, who really shouldn’t be there, entered malone’s.
one second you’re sipping awful beer and the next one you hear dean raising his voice at someone. you turn around and watch as two guys start smashing each other faces, before anyone could de-escalate the situation.
“…hunter davenport,” you heard beau say, as you quickly got to the safer part of the diner. disbelief on allie’s face told you right away that this was the guy she’s been with to get over dean. you couldn’t blame her. damn.
logan and garrett held dean back, but he still was trying to break from their hands and fight hunter, who stood behind tucker with a cocky smile, testing how strong dean really was, despite already feeling it through a busted lip.
“calm down!” logan yelled, pushing dean down to sit in a booth.
“out of all people! him!?” dean snapped back right away.
“i made the best choice for the team and you have to get used to it,” logan said, taking a step back, when he saw that garrett was still watching dean close enough to catch him if he needs to.
“i need to leave,” allie said to you and hannah, before catching her things and running to the backdoor. hannah didn’t even took her coat, she just ran after her friend with phone in hand, probably to text garrett why she left.
“you can call me when you get your friend under control,” hunter said, fixing his sweatshirt. he simply turned around, swiftly took his jacket off of the hanger next to the door and walked out through them, without looking back.
“and the party is over,” you sighed out, giving beau sheepish smile. it was all too perfect to last longer than an hour.
“we can still make the most of it,” he tried to cheer up the atmosphere, but one look from dean was enough to let that hope go. “or not.”
“i appreciate your enthusiasm,” you said, giving him a gentle squeeze on the arm. “sorry for leaving you alone with it, though.” and just like that, you did as the two of your friends, you took your jacket and with the head high, you left the diner.
last thing you wanted to do tonight was to spend it listening to logan’s ted talks on what’s good for the team. you weren’t even the part of it, you just happend to be in detention with logan in first year of high school, which sparked into a friendship that dragged you here today.
evening was pretty warm for the time of the year, so you just threw your coat over your shoulders instead of putting it on. for a moment you debated wether you should call uber or just walk to your apartament. the decision was set back in time when you saw that the cause of fight in the diner was still standing close by, wiping blood from his chin.
logan would for sure appreciate if someone close to the team would take care of his new player. just to show davenport that not everyone would throw themselves at him with fists.
“need a tissue?” you asked, looking up at him and already pulling it out from your bag. he looked at you for a moment, before reaching in for it. “don’t be scared, i won’t hit you,” you chuckled at his reserved reaction.
“you can’t be too sure around there.” you heard him talk before, throw in jabs at dean, but in those seconds, you didn’t focus on his voice enough to notice how deep it was. “thank you.” it was so… deep. rich and smooth like caramel.
“you’re welcome,” you said, watching him closely to see if one tissue was enough for him. one thing you learned while spending time with hockey players was that wounds on lips and eyebrows bleed far more than you would expect them. he folded the tissue couple of times and pressed it onto his lip. “you seem like a pro at that,” you said to throw something in.
“i know my first aid,” he chuckled.
“had fair share of fights?” you asked, checking the state of the tissue if it wasn’t bleeding through.
he didn’t answer, instead he watched you. just watched how your eyes were fixed on his lips. “do you want to help me?” he asked.
“hm?”
“i said, do you want to help me?” he repeated, stepping down from to curb to stand in front of you.
“you seem to be taking great care of yourself.” his face was now little bit closer, since he was standing lower his height wasn’t that much of an issue anymore. “do you need my help?” you asked, crossing arms on your chest.
he let out soft chuckle, not taking his eyes off of your face.
“i hoped for a better evening tonight,” he said, seemingly out of context, but you understood it just right. you smiled slightly before answering.
“it can still be good.”
hunter davenport you charmed me with your blue eyes and pretty rich boy attitude

grace decided to come back to earth to make peace with the thing that he felt like would haunt him in every moment of afterlife, wherever universe would place him. he needed to come back and, if you were still alive, explain what really happend, apologize for leaving without true goodbye.
there was a moment of doubt when he felt earth beneath his feet, because what if you had a picture perfect life and he was something long forgotten?
all his worries disappear when on the way to his goverment assigned house, he hears on the radio that you made a discovery of a magnetic twist inside the milky way, which could rewrite what scientist thought about magnetic fields and you named the new shape of the structure ‘grace-12’.

dennis whitaker and his ex high school sweetheart, who gained a lot of fame from writing heartbreaking songs about the relationship they lost, because at eighteen, moving to different sides of the country to study at university was equal to ending their love story.
currently writing this one shot!! one thing about me, i will make a pop star au with every single character i love.
jack abbot was so touchy.
you learned that pretty quickly after you started dating. before you got together he did the usual things you expect from someone you’re meeting. he would place his hand over your waist, intervine your fingers or brush against your back with his body. but after…
he liked to touch. not so discreetly anymore.
his hands found their way to your hips, hipbones in the front with the fingertips dipping into the kink of your thigh. he would stand behind you and nuzzle his face into your neck, it wouldn’t bother him that you were talking with someone. you could feel him slip a finger under the strap of your bra, whenever he put his arm around your shoulder.
you started thinking that maybe it was people watching that turned him on.
you didn’t want to start the topic, your relationship was still new and you weren’t the person to feel experienced enough to talk about those kinds of things. you liked to play safe, do what you were used to. jack liked to push you, make you speak up on what you enjoyed or what would you like to try. he did things just to see how would you react to them, to help you learn more about yourself.
you stayed quiet when you liked something, whenever it was something you found amusing or arousing enough to keep going. when it wasn’t your cup of tea one look was enough and he would just know to stop.
your lips were sealed when his hand dropped to your thigh and under the hem of your dress during the grill with his friends.
jack kept talking with robby, who was sitting on the other side of the table, like he wasn’t doing anything under the table. like he wasn’t doing his best to pull your panties to the side and slide his finger between your folds.
robby knew. you could see that because of the smile that kept creeping on his lips. he didn’t say anything, jack kept touching.
you stayed quiet.
what the helly why is it blowing up
jack abbot was so touchy.
you learned that pretty quickly after you started dating. before you got together he did the usual things you expect from someone you’re meeting. he would place his hand over your waist, intervine your fingers or brush against your back with his body. but after…
he liked to touch. not so discreetly anymore.
his hands found their way to your hips, hipbones in the front with the fingertips dipping into the kink of your thigh. he would stand behind you and nuzzle his face into your neck, it wouldn’t bother him that you were talking with someone. you could feel him slip a finger under the strap of your bra, whenever he put his arm around your shoulder.
you started thinking that maybe it was people watching that turned him on.
you didn’t want to start the topic, your relationship was still new and you weren’t the person to feel experienced enough to talk about those kinds of things. you liked to play safe, do what you were used to. jack liked to push you, make you speak up on what you enjoyed or what would you like to try. he did things just to see how would you react to them, to help you learn more about yourself.

jack abbot and his popstar!girlfriend
you met on accident. well, that’s one way to call it. you ended up in pittsburgh’s ed, because of an accident. you were arguing with your bodyguard a night after a show. you wanted to go out and see some of the city, look around, you never played a show there before and the crowd was great, so the city had to be too, right? anyway, you asked him to come with you, but he said that he’s not paid to drive you around the city. stupid guy.
so you left. alone. was it stupid? of course, but it was only few months since your career blew up, so it was still little unreal to you that anyone would recognise you.
unreal to you, very real to the universe. group of fans saw you and they turned out to be… intense. too intense for you. one thing lead to another and they started pushing, you started running, all that… stuff that happened only to true popstars. in some way it felt validating, but overall mostly scary.
your safe heaven turned out to be a hospital, ed waiting room, with enough people inside to loose those fans. you pulled your hood lower and took a seat to calm your breath. you didn’t even wanted to pick up your phone, because for sure it was all over the internet by now that you were running around pittsburgh. whatever messages your manager was probably sending you right now, you didn’t need to see them in the moment.
when it felt safe enough to move and get back to the hotel, you stood up and quickly fell back down to the seat, when someone stepped on your foot. hard. it wouldn’t be so bad, if you weren’t already having issues with your foot after stepping on it the wrong way few days before. you didn’t tell anything, because the last thing you wanted was for your management to hold you back.
“ma’am, you’re okay?” you squeezed your eyes shut. “i’m such a clumsy guy,” he said with voice that sound like he was already tearing up. “doc, i stepped on this lady, i’m so sorry ma’am, can you check her out?”
“i’m busy, everyone will be seen when there is a doctor available,” the doctor said, rushing somewhere else, bumping into patients.
“i’m okay,” you said to the guy. god, you weren’t even waiting to see the any doctor, you just wanted to hide here.
“no, i’ll get you a doctor,” he insisted. “doctor robby!” he said, as soon as he noticed a tall, older guy. “can you help me out, doc?”
“i just clocked out,” he said, raising his hands up. “but doctor abbot right here is all yours.” he shook his friend by the shoulders and went on his way.
you kept your head down, thinking how could you possibly get out of this situation in different way than by just standing up and running, which with your hurting foot was impossible.
“what seems to be the problem this time?” he asked, walking up to the man that crushed your foot.
“not me doc, this poor lady, it’s her foot. i just stepped on it.”
the doctor kneeled down to get in your level. you looked at him like you were afraid that crossing eyes with anyone would mean another wave of scary fans. but he looked at you like you were any other patient, it was such a relief.
“hello ma’am, i’m doctor abbot. what brought you here today in the first place?” he asked, catching your gaze. fuck. he was hot. old, but it wasn’t ever an issue to you.
“i—” you started, before letting our a nervous chuckle. what was you supposed to say? “it’s funny story actually,” you said, tugging your hood lower on your face, when it felt like it was slipping down.
“i’d like to hear it,” he said, opening his hands like it was an invitation. weren’t the best lies the ones where half of the story was the truth?
“i was running, i mean, running away from… someone and i came here to loose them, i just sat down to catch my breath and here we are now.”
you were great under the pressure, performing in front of thousands of fans, keeping your head up during interviews even when they were disrespecting the hell out of you. the weight of his gaze on you though… it was something different, too aware, too caring for someone you just met. it probably came with his profession, but it didn’t change the fact that it made you stumble over your words.
“are you safe?” he asked, slightly ducking his head down to meet your eyes, when you kept trailing them away. it was simple embarrassment taking over you that made you want to look anywhere else, not at him, even if he was a sight for sore eyes. “hey, talk to me.” his voice was quiet and soft, but it still got to you through every sound in the waiting room.
“it’s not— it’s complicated,” you answered, waving your hand. soft smile found it’s way onto your lips. “i am safe now.”
