Here to Write

Thank you so much, that means a lot to me! I took a small break from writing due to a new professional job I've taken on, but I get summers off, so I plan to write more SW fics come June! Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan are so much fun to write. :)

(A series of instances where Qui-Gon (among others) must deny someone's request to adopt Obi-Wan)

Obi-Wan is allowed to accompany his master to a soiree held by one of Coruscant's most wealthiest citizens. Unfortunately, a night meant for learning and indulgence soon turns into something much more sinister when Obi-Wan catches the attention of another party guest.

Hello anon! I’m well, if a bit busy, but I am working slowly yet surely! I have around four different works that I’ve been chipping away at. Thanks for thinking of me! :) 

Sort of! I apologize to everyone for being distant recently. One of my jobs deals with an online retail store, and Christmas has made orders blow up, leaving me super busy. It will calm down in a week or so, then I can get back to writing regularly!  Thanks so much to everyone who has reached out. I do see your messages, and I really appreciate them! <3 

For LOTR, I just love writing anything for my series The Strength of Silence. It’s been far too long since I’ve delved into this fandom, so I ought to get back to it soon!  Thanks so much for the question!

I’ve spent the better part of a year struggling with an ed, which in return has given me some health problems associated with being underweight, so this truly means a lot to me. Thank you anon. I hope you are taking care of yourself too <3 

I’m awfully sorry for the late answer. One of my favorite quotes is from Irvine Welsh’s Trainspotting: “Life’s boring and futile. We start oaf wi high hopes, then we bottle it. We realise that we’re aw gaunnae die, withoot really findin oot the big answers. We develop aw they long-winded ideas which jist interpret the reality ay oor lives in different weys, withoot really extending oor body ay worthwhile knowledge, about the big things, the real things. Basically, we live a short, disappointing life; and then we die. We fill up oor lives wi shite, things like careers and relationships tae delude oorsels that it isnae aw totally pointless.”  This quote comes from the main character, Mark, as one of the reasons he does drugs. I’ve never gotten into drugs, thankfully, but his thoughts have resonated with me whenever I go back and read this book. I think about it an awful lot when I’m feeling down, but it also helps me work harder at trying to enjoy life more. Thanks for the question!

My all time favorite tv show is Hannibal; other shows that I love and am currently waiting for new seasons on are The Umbrella Academy, Stranger Things, and The Mandalorian. I also enjoy old fashioned, family themed shows like LHOTP. I used to really like Modern Family too, but I haven’t kept up with the newest episodes. Merlin is great, I recommend that one to all who enjoy fantasy. And of course South Park always gives me a good laugh, particularly when I’m in a dark humor mood. Or when I’m feeling wholesome, Full House is a fun one.  But I’ll be honest, I’m even more into movies than I am with shows! :) 

I have a few SW ones that I’ve been working on atm. Also a LOTR one! :) 

I admit that I haven’t been at my very best lately, but I’m hanging in there as much as I can. Thank you so much for reaching out, it really means a lot to me!
