I think that the Seraphim and Archangels have the ability to see the full birthnames of both winners and sinners, as well as birth and death dates + age (Kinda like the Shinigami from Death Note)

Vox is demiromantic.

Alastor is actually quite tech savvy. He was at the cutting edge of technology back in the 30s, and his understanding of the fundamentals enables him to figure out how most things work. He provides the Hotel's WiFi. He refuses to explain how he does it. We saw that he's capable of video editing and presumably using a computer. He can probably place a call remotely with his radio creature abilities. He just hates anything new and is thoroughly convinced that technology peaked in the 1930s and most new developments are unnecessary nonsense, so he refuses to use modern things unless he has to. He is known for being good with tech when it comes to older overlords, though. Zestial enlisted his help to figure out how to use a cellphone back in 2003 when Carmilla got him one. Neither of them ever talk about this incident because Zestial doesn't want to admit to owning a cellphone and Alastor doesn't want to admit that he's good at using one.

Alastor would definitely get motion sickness from driving in a car and have trouble getting out and in a car.

Alastor is technically cisgender, but he has worlds most insane gender detachment on the goddamn planet

vox is transmasc and in life he couldn't get power because of sexism at the time and he tried "pretending" to be a man and realized that he actually really liked being a man and that's how he realized he's trans

Vox is a little slut for Alastor and will gladly be a switch for him and only him (and maybe Val, depends on his mood)

Alastor goes into rut once a year and he gets extra aggressive then. Vox gets extra ass kickings this time of year.
