Achieveable Goals
My progress has been slow but nonethless, it’s happening. Don’t make goals that are unreasonable and unfair to your body.
Make slow strides towards your goal and in that, you will find peace. In that, you will find yourself appreciating yourself more. You will find a confidence that was previously unknown to you.
When making goals, think about what you can achieve rather than the rate you wish it would happen.
There is nothing wrong in going slow and steady.
