Setting up my monthly schedule. I just finished my courses and am finally able to take some time to do some planning.
I always plan my goals for the month a few days before it starts. It helps to set realistic and concrete goals, so I can actually plan over them and track if I'm accomplishing them during the month.
This month I have no classes, so I am willing to study things not university related and also to focus on my health (both fiscal and mental).
The university calendar is pretty much messed up because of the pandemic, but I think it will be all sorted out after we get passed this.
I've learned a bit more to stay focused on what is on my hands, on what I can actually change, and therefore be less stressed about the things I have no control over. I will take this free month to be more centered on these issues as well, so I can enter the new semester in a healthier mood.
