Hi everybody!
First things first — I want to apologise for being gone and inactive for so long. I’m a full time student these days and this blog is one of the many things that fell through the cracks of my life. You guys are the best and I feel bad for leaving you all hanging — some of you have even messaged me on my other blog asking if I would ever start posting again :( I’m so sorry!
So, the reason I’m making this post is to let you know that I’ll be deactivating this blog soon. In the last year or so I’ve come to realize that I have a passion for hand-lettering (which I guess isn’t really so surprising). Long story short, I’m doing a lot of it these days, and I started another tumblr as a place to put my work. It’s a little different from this one; it won’t be exclusively Scripture and worship songs, because sometimes my life isn’t all Scripture and worship songs. In the past year I’ve learned what it means to accept the fact that life is messy and we’re all broken and it’s really unproductive to try to hide it. So you are all welcomed to come and follow me at marcymaydesigns — it would make my heart happy if you did. But know that the flavor is a little different.
You guys are the best and have definitely been a blessing to me. Be well.
